The Laundry Room

After you are done drying cloth-
es, use the sheet from it to cle-
an it off and the washer. Swe-
ep or vacuum the carpet within
the laundry room.

Use the hose part of the vacu-
um to clean in between the w-
asher & dryer. You will not ha-
ve to do too much in there so
jump up for joy. YAY!

Put a load of clothes in the wa-
sher, run it, then clean it off wi-
th a fabric softner sheet. Wait
until that load is done then put
it in the dryer. The washer will
have to be cleaned again. HA!

Check the dryer filter, clear it,
& use a sheet to clear debris
around it. Look around and s-
ee what items need to be pic-
ked up.

Put things back in their plac-
es. Of course, tidy up the o-
utside of the dryer. You kn-
ow that the inside of it nev-
er ever needs to be cleaned.
HAH-HAH!

Every now and then, the laun-
dry room’s cabinets and walls
might need to be wiped off. T-
ake a look at those every blue
moon. HAH!

The Bedroom

Hang fabric softner sheets on
the doorknobs. You will smell
the outdoor freshness. HA! P-
our the product called Pine-S-
ol along the lower borders of
the rooms.

You can get lost in that natur-
al pine smell forever. Get mo-
re paper towels, shampoo, or
whatever cleaner that you wa-
nt to use. HAH!

Only use paper without clean-
er to clean off your computer
keyboards, monitors, & com-
puters.

Then get some cleaner to cle-
an the back of the bedroom d-
oor, the dresser top, the dres-
ser drawers, cases, nightstan-
ds, & mini-refrigerator. HAH!

That is if you have a mini-refr-
igerator. HAH! If you are clean
like me, you’ll only have to du-
st stuff off. HA!

No matter how clean we are,
the bed sheets, pillow cases,
and comforters need to be w-
ashed every 2 weeks.

Dust off switches, whatnots,
books, boxes, the desk, and
electronics. Yes, even fabric
softner sheets can be utiliz-
ed.

Scan around the room to en-
sure that you handled every-
thing. Then finish it with the
spraying of quality air fresh-
ner. HAH!

Trust me, you will receive
proof regarding all of the a-
ctions that I mentioned.

The Bathroom

As you can tell, you can clean several
things with paper towels and fabric so-
ftner sheets. Did you ever think about
using toilet paper? HAH! If not, then I j-
ust gave you that great idea. HAH-HA!

Clean the bathtub with those kind of p-
apers. There is no shame in doing th-
at all so get to wiping. HAH!!!!! Those
items are really disposable & they do
get the jobs done.

The sheet will remove the scum swift-
ly. It will be like magic to your eyes. S-
ome of the ingredients in fabric softner
truly breaks up dirt.

The tub walls should be cleaned too fr-
om the top to the bottom. Take care of
all borders too and smile. Spray some
cleaner in the top 1’s because that wi-
ll stop arachnids from posting up. HA!

Clean the toilet with paper towels from
the bottom to the top. Those (toilets) d-
efinitely have to be paid attention to be-
cause some of them get filthy & smelly.
Yes, toilet paper and fabric softner she-
ets are the best substitutions. HAH-HA!

The area surrounding the toilet certain-
ly needs to be cleaned. Other parts of
the floors should not be left out. So g-
et down on your knees & complete the
task (no skipping). HAH!!

Just think about it for a moment. Wh-
en you're that close to the floor, you
will be able to inspect it precisely. W-
ash the rugs every 2 or 3 weeks.

Don’t forget to take care of the sink
the counters, the cabinets, & mirro-
rs. Yes, the sheets will even do aw-
ay with the sink scum. HAH-HAH!!

The Living Room

Travel into the living room and tidy up

that room’s table, electronics, and m-

antles (not just the tops). HA!!! Place

the shopping bags in the recycling tr-

ash can and/or the big bag in the clo-

set. 

Some parts of the walls need attenti-

on because stuff gets thrown on th-

em intentionally or accidentally. Bri-

ng out the Scrubbing Bubbles again.

You can also use any generic clean-

er, 409, Spic-n-Span, Lysol, and/or

Scrub Free with Oxi Clean to clear

messes. Your own cleaning creati-

on is welcomed too so choose.

Yes, you can spray cleaner on wha-

tnots, figurines, and picture frames

to keep some dust from accumulati-

ng. Make sure to tend to the doors
& door knobs too. 

You want to destroy mold, mildew, b-

acteria, and germs. The little stoops

in front of the windows and in the b-

ack of them can be cleaned with fab-

ric softner sheets. HA!

Utilize some paper towels & water to

wipe the windows off. Of course, you 

have a wide variety of glass cleaners 

to choose from. Choose a direction to 

wipe & reinforce so that you have le-

ss streaks. 

The Kitchen and the Dining Room

             

Spray cleaners (homemade or store-bought)
in the corners along the top borders and the
lower borders to eliminate spiders. You can
make your own product with various shamp-
oos, shower gels, bodywashes, and liquid h-
and soaps.

The product Scrubbing Bubbles can be ut-
ilized to clean the kitchen & other rooms.
It can become an all-purpose cleaner if y-
ou want it to be. HAH! It also does wond-
ers in the corners.

The lemon-scented kind is one of the great-
est cleaning products. You can use it to wi-
pe off the refrigerator (inside and out). HA!!!
Get to the counters, cabinets, and crevices
to ensure not missing a spot.

The sinks need to be tended to often beca-
use they take the herds of dishes. In other
words, the most wear and punishment.

Step inside the dining room and organize th-
at room’s table. Dust off cases with paper t-
owels & old, clean fabric like socks, shirts,
parts of pants, scarves, and knitted gloves.




       

You Know That I Will Admit It

Yes, I did stare at Mi-Mi's mother a little too hard
in her eyes. Yes, I did hug Mi-Mi's sister so tight
and held on to her several minutes each time. I d-
id dance with a lot of ladies & rested my head on
some of those ladies' shoulders.

I stayed within boundaries though because Mi-Mi
was waiting at home. Thinking about her made me
resist temptation. I easily stayed faithful to her tota-
lly. I went out sometimes without her but stopped
that quickly. Going places with her was the best.

I'm attracted to the married ladies too because a
lot of those ladies are good ones like a lot of the
unattached ladies. Yes, I know that Evelyn is a g-
reat lady.

Remaining Tough Through it All

After getting sent back to the USA from 
the UK, I stayed in some shelters. I was 
too ashamed to tell any family members 
or any of the ladies that I got to know w-
ell. Those are the only friends that I have.

I did not want to go back to stay with my 
mother or sister. I was the one who took
the trip to the UK so I was ready to suff-
er for awhile. I was the person who did n-
ot save up enough money before traveli-
ng abroad.

I resided with my sister in December ‘11
to about April 2012 & I payed her back. 
My lease had expired at the complex th-
at I lived in so I had to go somewhere. I 
did quit a good job.

I rented a Raleigh-Durham suite during 
my layover for the UK. I slept in a Chic-
ago airport during the layover for Texas. 
At least I visited two more states. I ran 
out of cash, got stuck at the DFW Airp-
ort, then I went to a Fort Worth shelter.

More months passed and I left Texas in 
February 2013. Knowing about the serio-
us amount of jealousy that I get in public
and private, I decided to stay in hospital 
waiting rooms.

When I first arrived in Oklahoma, I did 
sleep in some shelters for about 6 nig-
hts. I ate at some of those often thou-
gh. They serve some good food. HAH-
HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH!

I slept on the streets, in a post office, 
then on a museum's staircase before
sleeping in medical centers. I was w-
alking around with 2 duffel bags and 
a large luggage roller.

I gradually minimized my load to bec-
ome more mobile. A security guard, a
lawyer, some police officers, & some 
ladies helped me in the beginning too.

Some strangers offered me rides & t-
here are still some decent people left 
in this cold world. The churches were 
places that I went to for solace.

I resided at some medical centers du-
ring the evenings & looked for work d-
uring the days. I found a job, worked h-
ard, & rested well.

Doctors, nurses, & others saw me re-
laxing and said nothing. I always clean-
ed up every restroom that I utilized. I k-
ept the waiting rooms organized too. H-
AH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH! 

I spoke to some of the patients' family 
members. They noticed that I was try-
ing so they left me alone. I slept in a 
conference room of a hospital too. 

I am the creative man who would even 
think about living at medical centers & 
actually do it. HAH-HAH-HA! I did it wi-
th ease & respect & I bothered nobody. 

I was allowed to do it for several weeks. 
I had to write about the interesting expe-
rience. I did meet some great folks dur-
ing my visits. HA!

I even gave a lady the other 1/2 of my 
Little Ceasar's Hot-n-Ready Pizza for 
her, & her ill mother. I sincerely hope 
that all of those people are doing alri-
ght. I certainly am and I will keep ma-
king progress. Thank you all for the h-
ospitality. HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH!!!

When Will Homeowners Rent to More Ladies?

 Well, the bisexual stalker is still harassing
 & I told the homeowner. She is probably s-
 urprised to find out what he really is. He h-
 as a lot of folks fooled but he is a fraud. It
 is obvious because of some of his actions.

 He is no more religious than the previous p-
 ope. People like those two only utilize religi-
 on for their own personal gains. He is so co-
 nfused like any sissy priests, monks, popes,
 deacons, pastors, & bishops.

You all know that I detect bull immediately. He
have been harassing me since I moved in the n-
ice house. He have been harassing the studen-
ts sometimes too. Why do chumps like that g-
et to stay? They should be the first 1's booted
way out with no chance of returning.

That stalker Eli is usually in his restroom wh-
en I go into my restroom. Sometimes, he is e-
ven waiting in his bathroom because I can he-
ar him in there. Trust me, the students have h-
eard him in there.

That is just completely wrong. It's not a coin-
cidence ever even if it seem like those. That
is what he wants folks to think so they don't
take the incidents seriously. He goes in his ri-
ght when I go into mine.

She should be able to hear that fool because
his room is right over hers. The other house-d-
wellers, the cat, the dog, and neighbors can
hear that clown. He makes a lot of noise and
play like he is talking on the phone.

Maybe he does talk on it sometimes but I be-
lieve that sometimes he talks to himself. He e-
ven has his television turned up loud so that
no one can hear his footsteps.

He needs mental help. He steps out of his ro-
om either right before or after I do step out of
my room. He runs in and out going nowhere.
He comes into the kitchen when I'm cleaning
up then he goes in to the backyard. Why? I
do not need an audience when I'm cleaning
or ever.

Sometimes, he is already out there so he c-
omes back in when he knows I'm in the kitc-
hen. What is wrong with him? She thinks th-
at he is moving through the house normally,
of course.

I know he is a queer or bisexual that does so-
me of his so-called normal actions either bef-
ore I step out of my room or after. He even l-
eaves his door open just to view me going in-
to my room. What? That is not right ever!

I have slammed my door a couple of times be-
cause he is a sissy. Sometimes, he will step
out of his room as soon as I step out of my re-
stroom. When I go to use the bathroom, he w-
ill start running in & out of the house some-
times. I still check my room for cameras.

He is a false prophet to the extreme. I can not
believe that she allowed him to move into her
house. He is the worst but trying to be the be-
st. Why do dudes think that they can get away
bi and gay stuff?

Why do they turn like that when there are tons
of ladies in this world? There are no valid reas-
ons for them being like that. They need to stop
being soft. Clowns, you all need to lust and/or
love ladies. Stop trying to be ladies. Get tough.

I had to write this to release. I could severely
punish that fool and he would not know what
bricks hit him. I must stay calm though beca-
use I could come through like hours of tornad-
oes.

Trust Me, You Will Find Ways to Make Cleaning Fun

First of all, put up 10 pinatas & bust them.
HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HA!
Putting things back in their places will ke-
ep the place so organized. Do that action
every time after using stuff. Label, color-c-
ode, and/or number items if you want to.
Why not? HAH! Use your creativity & str-
ategies.

Have a certain day to thoroughly clean and
touch-up clean almost every other day. AY!
Yes, you will have to tidy up after some fol-
ks or tell them to do it. HA!! Sing songs in
alien voices, robotic voices, and monster v-
oices while getting things in order. RAW!!

Yes, you can show teeth with your tongue
stuck out. COO!! Clap after you polish so-
me merchandise off sometimes. Doing th-
at will encourage you to clean regularly. If
you ever want others to help you out, send
out invitations for a cleaning party. HAH!!

Be sure to post up more pinatas but let y-
our cleaning crew split them open before
you all start working. Turn the music on f-
rom your computer because more obscu-
re art will be played. The invitations can
be sent out for daily & nightly cleanings
weekly. You will be contacted in a lot of
ways.

The happy hours will be every hour beca-
use you all will be making plenty of progre-
ss. Board games can be played & episod-
es of the show Mama’s Family can be wa-
tched. HAH! COOKOO! COOKOO!

Make sure to have a lot of nachos, apple ju-
ice, Powerade, and V8 Fusion Juice at your
residence. Quench their thirsts in other wo-
rds. Chocolate candy, bags of bread, & ban-
anas can be appetizers. HAH!!

Have contests for who can clean the fastest
and the most. HA!! Some people can win sp-
ecial wash rags, towels, cleaners, & extra air-
conditioner breaks. Please supply hula hoops
& thoughtful greeting cards to the ladies. M-
ake the cleaning-gatherings pot-luck events
or cook for those earthlings. HAH-HAH-HA!

Trust me, you will have boatloads of volunte-
ers for all of your cleaning occasions. High-fi-
ve human beings who take the initiative & cl-
ean your favorite rooms for you. Grin now! It
is okay to have the television on as long as
the cleaners can stay focused on their tasks.

You all can chat whatever at random or take
turns telling true stories. Yes, some fictional
1’s can be can be told too but only within val-
id reasons. If you live in a house, take the p-
arty outside so that they can clean up the fr-
ont & back. You know that some ladies will
walk out dancing freaky-like while clipping.
HAH-HAH-HAH!

Tell them to do the sides too. Reward them
throughout the work and appreciate their c-
ontributions. After completion, give them s-
ome serious slices of cheesecake & tall cu-
ps of frosted flakes. HA!

to relieve stress. You’ll be able to mas-
ter your craft while writing. Go ahead &
say a lot of things that can help others.

You will have chances to collaborate w-
ith other writers. Things can be wrote th-

willing to acquire more knowledge.

There are online workshops that you can
register with. It is quite alright to impleme-
nt your personality in your writing. People
will get to know the real you through your
thoughts.

tation to an excellent one.

ng. Stay skeptical & do triple checks.

Make sure that the websites are real b-
ecause you have to give out personal in-
formation. Lots of them will have https in
front of the website addresses. Watch o-
ut for duplicate ones of those (clones).

You can make business cards, postcar-
ds, & flyers for distribution. Place some
ads on free classifieds’ websites. Write
advertisements for businesses too and
help them grow huge, because that in t-
ime will elevate yours.

Do it out of the goodness of your heart
& you benefit naturally. Word-of-mouth
advertising is still number 1. Write well
on a consistent basis, folks will recogn-
ize the talent, then others will be told a-
utomatically.

They will also share some of your work
throughout the Internet and that can ea-
sily open up the floodgates. Write about
what you know about because it does e-
nable you to come up with a lot of ideas.

Freelance blogging can take you to ano-
ther world away from your problems. Fre-
elance blogging can make you sincerely
happier, sillier, & bolder again. So get the

Some of My Other Mi-Mi Songs

The band Starsailor are so melodic and low key.
Their song Born Again is another one of my Mi-
Mi songs. It's a song that I was going to sing to
her but in my rough, authentic voice. HAH-HA!
I would never sing in a light voice because that
is not me. COO!

The band Chevelle’s song One Lonely Visitor is
my Mi-Mi song too. It became that after she left
me. It still is a very emotional song to me. Pete
went through a lot too so that's why the song hits
so hard.

The band the Gathering could be apart of the so-
called Goth-subculture. Their song Broken Glass
is a song that sweet Mi-Mi would have made for
me. She sounds kind of like the a lady-vocalist
of that band. OOH, Mi-Mi!!
                                                                             

Ways To Combat Breast Cancer

It’s fantastic that the FDA approves bre-
ast cancer drugs yearly. Lets hope that
they focus more on the medical devices
breast implants, other implants, mamm-
ography machines, MRI machines, rad-
iation therapies, and infusion devices.

Currently, those devices only go through
seriously light testings. Ladies’ lives are
pertinent and they have families. I pray a
lot certainly & I wish them the best alwa-
ys. OOH, ladies!

Nobody knows the specific causes of b-
reast cancer or where it originated from.
Even experts are scratching their heads
with no definite answers. Ladies should
get screened and examined annually for
breast cancer.

In 1921, the company Avnet was founded
& John Beimfohr is the senior director of
integration. They’re 1 of the largest comp-

ods. Yes, the location is all-around efficient
and it is their pride and joy. The other ones
that were in that state were not up to par so
that is why the GSC was made. It’s a multit-
asking place for sure and it’s futuristic.

The Global Solutions Center is extremely
optimized & it’s 228,000 square feet. The
employees surely make and ship 700,000
units annually. The GSC is equipped with
great, hardware integration, software con-
figuration, systems maintenance, assem-
bly, packaging, & logistics.

They really needed extra space because
the associates create a lot of large syste-
ms. Avnet also had to be so ready to han-
dle constant demand for their products. T-
hey want to continue to make improveme-
nts.

Avnet hired 320 employees for that prope-
rty, they make changes for the better, & th-
ey are rewarded rightfully. Avnet’s receiving
department uses some of the shipping dep-
artment in the mornings. The shipping folks
use the receiving department in the late afte-
rnoons.

The GSC has the JDA warehouse manage-
ment system in place. They have the just-in-
time system (JIT) so they handle workloads.
They have Avnet’s refurbishment program s-
et up. It has held 120 tons of electronic was-
te from landfills.

Avnet keeps the Lead in Energy & Environm-
ental Design (LEED) standards in mind, even
though they didn’t go through their process to
get certified. The facility does meet the LEED
Silver standards regarding design & operatio-
ns.

The Global Center has the ISO 14001 certific-
ation though. The ceiling of the place has the
high-density insulation & high UV coating on
windows. The heat stays low in other words.
The lights go off where there is no one.

Their air conditioning system has been seri-
ously upgraded. Avnet recycles close to a t-
on of cardboard daily & a little over 99 perc-
ent of their byproducts. An employee discov-
ered a place that could use their foam in cla-
ssrooms.

Activities That Are Actually Therapeutic

           A lot of activities that are taken for
           granted are actually therapeutic. R-
           eading a book in any quiet place wi-
           ll heal in some ways. Especially, u-
           nder a shady tree or in a room.
         
           Listening to our favorite music will
           make us feel better. Just choose n-
           ot to listen to back-to-back-sad so-
           ngs. Focus on the positive that you
           hear. Trust me, you will be alright.
         
           Cleaning the residence can be fun
           and soothing. Just act silly while d-
           oing some of the household chores.
           HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH!!!
       
          You can do the wax-on-wax-off-ha-
          nd movements while wiping off furn-
          iture, computers, counters, and re-
          frigerators.  Laughing loudly before
          or after too. Go for it.
       
          Spin around after a wipe or two, do
          a silly dance, then get back to wipi-
          ng. Dance while sweeping the floo-
          rs too (vacuuming too). Spray stuff
          down like you are water-gunning a
          family member and/or friend.
       
          Writing is another way to becoming
          100% again. Put your thoughts on p-
          aper without holding anything back.
          You can also do that with online do-
          cuments.
       
         Taking a walk is relaxing and aweso-
         me for the mind. Go for some blocks
         and/or travel on a journey. You will f-
         eel the burn in your legs but you wi-
         ll also get true peace in your mind.
       
         Reminisce over tons of the good tim-
         es that you have had alone or with r-
         latives & friends. Remember when th-
         ings were much better in this world.
       
         Responsibilities also have the power
         to heal. So, think about what you ha-
         ve to take care of daily & nightly. Lo-
         ok far into your bright future because
         I know that you have goals to accom-
         plish. Trust in your abilities always.
       
         Some homemade remedies are more
         helpful than over-the-counter drugs. J-
         ust mix what you believe will be go-
         od for you.
       
         Get some useful advice from old and
         young family members. Vast knowle-
         dge comes from almost everyone.
       
         Looking up at the sky & ceilings do-

ontacted President Obama to try to get the Natio-
nal Security Agency's meddling eliminated forever.
The company’s reputation might still be in jeopar-
dy though. Some unethical things occurred in the
world of Cisco.

The National Security Agency (NSA) took measu-
res to the extreme to put that damaging software
in Cisco’s equipment. They found a way to get a h-
old of that establishment’s shipments to plant the-
ir devilishly intelligent nonsense.

Companies have been guilty of giving data to gov-
ernments for major dollars for years. Businesses
have also been retrieving the information for their r-
ecords. Who knows what some employees have d-
one with mammals’ personal information? We can
only guess a zillion bad things regarding those cro-
oks.

Governments even have received access to some
companies with consent. That is totally not cool at
all & plenty of people need to face the decent judg-
es. The company Huawei have been accused of g-
iving the Chinese government that kind of access.

A New Drug for Head and Neck Cancer

Oncology is a field that specifically fights tumors.
The earthlings at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Re-
search Center made another ground-breaking dis-
covery. Their thorough research unmasked a pot-
ential new therapy for some of the complicated-
to-handle neck and head cancers.

They did so after utilizing a method that searches
for genes that tumor cells rely on to live. Dr. Edu-
ardo Mendez, Chiang Xu, and Michael Koa are m-
embers of that research team. Head and neck can-
cer occurs through cells lined in the mouth, throat,
larynx, & nose.

On occasions, it will go through salivary glands. Y-
es, tobacco utilization does accelerate the chanc-
es of getting it and so does HPV. Disfigurement c-

Eduardo Mendez, and Christopher Kemp use a
skill they mastered over the years. They named
it functional genomics and it searches through
100's or 1000's of genes.

It looks for the closed ones that stops the grow-
th of tumor cells, but not the healthy cells. They
also use it for breast and pancreatic cancer. Sci-
entist go to other genes that interact with p53 to
find better ways to target treatments.

The results showed thirty-nine potential drug targ-
ets. Wee 1 is the guilty gene that became the ta-
rget of the cancer therapy called AZD1775. The
pharmaceutical establishment AstraZeneca owns
that drug.

They tested the therapy on a mouse & it slowed
down tumor growth drastically. Oncologist Laura
Chow & SCCA's oncology team will launch an e-
phase trial this fall season. AstraZeneca will pay
for it.

Anterior Wall Vaginal Repair

Doctors can fix ladies' anterior walls that beco-
me damaged after they give birth to kids. A pr-
olapse of the beginning (anterior) wall of the va-
gina normally derives from a soft spot. That ce-
rtain spot is located in the powerful tissue layer
(fascia) that separates the vagina from the blad-

I respect the show Hot In Cleveland & not just
because the cast of ladies are hot & smart. HA!
I respect their work on previous shows. Valerie

I will watch ESPN for highlights. I do watch G-
olf Channel for highlights too but I'll watch the
Ladies of Professional Golf Association's tour-

PBS Newshour, Wild Kratts, Word Girl, C-
all the Midwife, Inspector Lewis, Foyle's W-
ar, Miranda, Keeping Up Appearances, As T-
ime Goes By, Men Behaving Badly, & Thin
Blue Line are stand-out shows too. So rare!

I'll watch PBS sometimes. FX has true sup-
erhero movies on sometimes. I relate to Pet-
er Parker/Spiderman & Bruce Wayne-Batm-
an extremely. We are loners who got some

The Goddess Spot (Ladies, I Search for it Every Time) (That is the Truth, Ruth!)

I have always known that ladies have two vaginal
places that replies to stimulation, especially con-
stant stimulation. The first one is certainly residi-
ng close to the back of the vaginal canal. The ce-
rvix is the opening of the uterus & that one is loc-
ated near it.

Of course, the secondary one is the Goddess sp-
ot. That is the infamous place positioned on the u-
pper, anterior wall of the vagina. It is supposedly a-
bout 1 to 1 and a half inches (maybe 2) past the o-

 who participated in their sex therapy thin-
 gs.

 Master & Johnson said that only a handful
 of those ladies told them that they releas-
 ed a small amount of fluid each during mo-
 ments of orgasm.

 In 1978, Sevely & Bennett started the deba-
 tes regarding ladies' ejaculations. Those two
 actually documented that ladies do not expe-
 rience ejaculations. They probably never had
 ladies in their personal lives. HA!

 In 1981, Perry & Whipple did research on the
 Grafenburg spot. It was named after Ernst Gra-
 fenburg. No wonder we started calling it the G-
 oddess spot.

 It sounds better because that spot should ha-
 ve never been named after a dude. The ladies
 during that research study did stress about p-
 ossessing more powerful pelvic muscles than
 the previous participants.

I like my good reputation and I maintain it on-
line and off consistently. AY!

A lot of those companies prefer their affiliates
to place their banners on websites. To them, l-
inks have become secondary. I was trying to p-
ost as many links & banners as possible. HA!
I have to make sure that the link matches the
banner every time. HAH-HAH!

I have make sure that I copy & paste the image
URL completely each time. HA! I'll accomplish
that with the HTML codes for the banners, and
website links too. COO!! I do place banners on

The 2 Amish Girls Were Found 15 Miles From the Site of Disappearance

I am glad that 7-year Delila Miller & her sister
Fannie Miller are back where they belong. Th-
ey were located in a dwelling near the Canadi-
an border. They spoke for help to get back to
their residence. Kids are the brightest futures

other Josephine Pallone went back to dust in

ually, a lot of my CD's are in either my desktop

or laptop. I had to leave my vast collection back

in Texas in a storage space.

and even make it much vaster. I gave a lot of my

furniture away. I gave my televisions to my moth-

er & sister. They did not need them though. I left 

a VCR at my mom's place. 

I did lose a lot of my writing, photos of me, some 

curtain liners, a VCR, & collages of ladies. Why?

Writing is Therapeutic

When we write, we get to express ourselves
freely, deeply, and honestly. Of course, a lot
of the words come from pent-up frustrations.
We all go through trials and tribulations.

The words are powerful & we are still able to
release tons of positive words. So some ear-
thlings won't read the stuff coming from the d-
epths of our hearts. Why?

The truth hurts & some fit in the shoes. The
writing also helps us overcome the blues. I k-
now that my responsibilities & nature makes
me optimistic.

Did you know that when we write online, that
some other mammals will comprehend our pli-
ghts? A lot of them went through some of the
same things at different times in their lives.

We also get plenty of chances to divulge useful
advice, other pertinent information, decent web-

ns that we have been in, & news that's importa-

Large Professor (Extra P) was apart of the
lyrical-hip-hop group Main Source. Their al-
bum Breaking Atoms was released in 1991.
It helped set the standard for hip-hop.

That album was re-issued in 2008 with rem-
ixes included. One in particular is the rough
song Faking the Funk (Remix). It is another
song that must be heard. It is silly too.

The song Understanding is on Nas's '91 de-
mo tape. Nas's best friend Ill Will was shot
on May 23, 1992. He was there when it oc-
curred. A brother of Nas was shot too but
he was still living that dark night.

Nas rhymed on a MC Serch song called B-
ack to the Grill. It is from the 1992 album
Return of the Product.

MC Serch (3rd Bass) created that LP aft-
er the lyrical-hip-hop group 3rd Bass went
separate ways. I remember when Serch re-
eleased the single Here it Comes. HAH!

My brother got into a disagreement with

Hot Amber Farris should be somebody's dar-
ling. She is a gutsy vocalist & her voice is b-
old. Yes, Amber sounds bluesy, twangy, & d-
arn good. HA!! Her band backs her up with a
mixture of country-rock, Americana, soul, &
blues. It certainly accompanies her effortless-
ly cool voice.

Of course, Amber is the vocalist & one of the
guitarists. The other band members are David
Ponder (lead guitarist), Michael Talley (keybo-
ardist), Wade Coffer (bassist), & Nate Wedan
(drummer).

The band has been writing, doing numerous g-
igs, and doing loads of demos before they rele-
ased their debut 2009 album Somebody's Darl-
ing. I appreciate the realness of that album's c-
over.

The photo says a lot without a doubt. They do
tons of shows weekly. In the last 5 years, they
have done 500, impressive shows. Way to go,
band. I remember them when I was home.

The band put the raucous 2012 album Jank Ci-
ty Shakedown on the market. That album star-
ts off with the song Cold Hands. It's a wonder-
ful song. The song Wedding Clothes will make
you root for that Amber consistently.

The song Keep Shaking is also great for the ea-
rs. She is releasing a lot for sure & I wish her
well always.

The song Back to the Bottle won't make anyone
do that though. Her lyrics are honest and your h-
eart will beat faster after listening to the song.

The track My Own Medicine is slightly lighter, b-
ut still just as hardcore. Especially, lyrically. She
will be okay and I rate her highly. The track May-
be is once again about her coming from the dep-
ths of her nice heart.

The track Pretty Faces hits hard too. The song W-
eight of the Fear definitely makes the band points
clear. They come to express themselves musically
& uniquely. They are road warriors and they have
sacrificed a lot. She lives in a house with 2 of her
bandmates. I bet that they take turns doing chores.
HA!

The track Pretty Leaves is sonic but not like the h-
edgehog. HAH-HAH! The ending one The Middle s-
lowly builds to a tough, rocking song. Amber com-
es strong once again with the lyrics, then gives the
rest of the band the cues to make the song uptem-
po. WHOA! It gets that way about 3:44 minutes in-
to the song.

The band Somebody's Darling will do another magn-
ificent show at the club Trees. They will perform on
August 23, 2014. They will have their album release
party there too.

They will put the LP Adult Roommates on the mark-
et on September 16, 2014. Their single Bad Bad is a-
vailable now & it is amazing but not like Spiderman.
HA!

I sincerely give the band plenty of props, because th-
ey have earned them surely. They will continue doing
well. Please do not confuse this band with the other
band Somebody's Darling. HAH-HAH!

The band divulges in some ways like Wilco. Amber
hits hard like Emmylou Harris, Bonnie Raitt, Wyno-
nna Judd, Tracy Chapman, Sheryl Crow, Gretchen
Wilson, Miranda Lambert, Martina McBride, Rosal-
ie Hill, Lucinda Williams, and Caitlin Rose.

On the Flip-Side

Some of those dingy, boiler-room operations
(marketing companies) promise people prom-
otions but do not actually deliver. Only the lu-
cky ones get promoted at those places.

Some of those types of employers are playi-
ng with folks' money and lives. They are ly-
ing to them. They're hiring & firing folks non-
stop so their companies' doors are revolvi-
ng always.

On the flip-side, some of those kinds of mar-
keting workplaces, call centers, factories, st-
ores, distribution centers, hubs, and offices
do offer 2nd chance employment to mamm-
als worldwide.

A lot of them are from various backgrounds.
Some have been fired often, resigned often,
and/or unemployed for long periods of time.
Some have been in trouble with the police,
but somehow made changes for the better.

Some excel with those businesses at diffe-
rent times, find their niches, & provide for t-
heir families. Some do not mess up again
& I am proud of them. Some are fixing the-
ir credit, relationships, and inner things.

Some are retaining full custody of their kids
& raising them right. Some are learning not
to curse in front of the young ones. Some d-
on't allow the children to witness any of the
real-life drama.

Yesterday, I ordered 5 footlong sandwiches, twe-
nty-four cookies, & 2 packs of apple slices from
the restaurant Subway. HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH!!!!




I thought that they delivered like Pizza Hut, so I
waited until I had to leave for work. Then I thoug-
ht that the food will be brought to the house late.




I called the shop this morning & asked 2 questi-
ons. The store associate said the store manag-
er might drop them off; since a day has passed.
Yes, she is wonderful even if she do not do that.




I had to get some bottles of V8 Fusion Juice, s-
ome country bread, & some hot dog buns from
downstairs. HAH-HAH!! My Safeway groceries
were delivered right on time today though.




I need to stay on the computer most of the day;
to keep the money coming in. I also make time
to check my messages, send photos to ladies,
download ladies' pictures, research, download
useful applications, listen to music, read, & st-
udy. HA!!




I have to stay honest and pour everything out of

I Retired (I Wish That Hot Allison Knew How Much I Wanted Her) (OOH, Ally!)

Since I retired, I will not need a vehicle right now.
I was going to purchase one this month but I wi-
ll wait instead. I don't go to a lot of places anyw-
ay. Trust me, I quickly walked, hopped on buses,
jumped on trains, and caught cabs to get to a lot
of ladies. Some ladies have brought me home. H-
AH-HAH-HAH!

I do need to get a vehicle to pick ladies up for da-
tes & take them home. HAH! I have been paying
ladies gas money & the cost of the dates. HAH!
In other words, I am not just sitting in the passe-
nger's seat. I'm doing my part. So, she is not loo-
king at me all crazy (no freeloading). HAH-HA!

Now, that I have more personal time, I can adver-
tise my little opportunities even more effectively.
I will do my third review this week. I'll go to mo-
re places eventually. I have control over my inco-
me.

Trust me, no one will miss me even though I wo-
rked so hard. I will end this with saying: "I will m-
iss Alison, Michelle, the ladies in the dispatch of-
fice, the ladies in the front offices, and the ladies
upstairs. I am attracted to those ladies certainly.
I sincerely hope that they keep excelling.

Alison does not work there anymore. I always re-
spected her & I wish her well. Now, I can admit
my attraction to her. She's outspoken for sure &
she is strong. Good luck with everything, Alison.

Oh No!

Hot Jennifer Huston left a suicide note for
her family to read. She died of asphyxiati-
on after hanging herself. The bottle was e-
mpty. I miss you, articulate Jennifer.

What could I have done and/or said to m-
ake her appreciate life fully again? If I was
there, I would have came up with a lot of
powerful words and valid reasons.

Some things were missing in her life and
she just needed to live continuously to lo-
cate them. I wish that I did know her.

Janise Wright's body was found in the wo-
ods close to some manufactured house pa-
rk. A teen was arrested for the rape and k-
illing of her.

They suspected Janise's father because he
was charged with molestation of two unde-
rage girls (ages 8 & 15) over 10 years ago.
James did plead guilty to a misdemeanor
assault charge regarding the 15-year old g-
irl.

I Bought Some Crunchy Cheetos and Chili Fritos (HAH-HAH!)

The AVG Threat Labs will check files for you
on their website. James Holmes and other m-
urderous loners certainly gave the decent 1's
bad names. WHOA!

Some of the earlier Scottish earthlings had do-
mesticated highlanders (cattle) as pets. Those
were in their houses and they produced heat
for the families upstairs.

The hot lady Fallon was in the metal band Ki-
ttie. OOH! I do not care if the lady drinks alc-
ohol. I just purchase a drink for her and wat-
ch her consume it. I will drink water and/or
milk with ice. HAH-HAH!

Do Not Install Software From False Companies

Last night, I decided to remove some anti-virus
programs and get some more. I installed the A-
miti Anti-Virus Software and AVG Anti-Virus F-
ree Edition. I already had the Spybot-Search &
Destroy program in my PC. It still is. COO!

After I downloaded the Amiti one, a pop-up we-
bsite suggested that I update my drivers. Even
some bogus sites get to advertise on websites
like Netgate. They don't know what some are
up to.

The false site showed info on the screen. Six of
my drivers supposedly need to be updated and
1 is missing. HA! I should have known that that
is the way that they get folks to pay for their s-
ervices.

I also should have known some things were n-
ot right when the representative told me to type
in 2 different websites: logmeinrescue123.com
& 123rescue.com. I had already paid $39.95
to get the drivers updated. I know better.

I had to call a 1-877 number to get the softwa-
re activated and that's another red flag that I sh-
ould have recognized. I was told to give the so-
called representative remote access to my PC.

The evil person did not even update my drive-
rs. Instead, the event viewer of my computer
was looked at. HA! I was told about the even-
ts that I have not seen in months. I know that
I need to go to the https Dell website to get
the real and up-dated drivers for my Dell PC.

That con artist said that the problems have to
be fixed immediately. Of course, their compa-
ny offered to fix them for $349.99. HAH! I then
realized that they're scammers who are most
likely boiler room-hackers.

Those events already happened and were re-
corded. They just needed to be cleared. I al-
ready had solved a lot of the problems with
some of the helpful programs that are instal-
led on my PC. I checked every issue that o-
ccurred and repaired a lot. AY!

I definitely removed their software last night.
I cleared all of the events. I thoroughly chec-
ked my administrative tools, component ser-
vices, and ran a deep, rootkit scan. I also d-
id things in the computer management area.

I did a file scan, system scan, and every oth-
er major scan. I fixed registry errors & more.
My computer always have had a cursor prob-
lem. It keeps jumping all over the place while
I am typing. I will finally tend to that issue.

I deleted temporary files and changed the se-
ttings in all areas. I made sure to turn on the
pop-up blocker. I changed a lot in the Intern-
et Options area for sure. HA!

I also removed AVG PC Tuneup  because I
have something better. I changed my comp-
uter's password and I will get another debit
card. I do not want to see any unauthorized
charges again. I have no saved passwords
on my PC. My files are immunized always.

I did re-install the MalwareBytes Anti-Malw-
are. I will get one specifically for adware so-
on. In other words, my computer is 100 per-
ecent safe. Eventually, I will get another PC
& upgrade to Windows 8. AY! Michelle, gi-
ve me a chance.

When yawning occurs, it does not mean that we
are sleepy. Some have been thinking that for ce-
nturies. HA!

The band Coal Chamber has one of the boldest
songs ever called Pig. Listen to them act silly in
the studio so let the Pig song go past 5 minutes.

It is on their 1997 album Coal Chamber. Dez s-
ays killer and murderer but he is certainly not o-
ne at all. It just went with the mood of the song.
The dude's vocals get very harsh at times.

Excuse him and the other artists that I mention-
ed to you all. A lot of times artists get caught up
in moments of expressing themselves extremely
in songs. A lot of them still have some good thin-
gs to say. Music is therapy actually.

They also are battling with emotions, demons, &
the Devil. Jehovah God, Jesus, & the angels are
on the other side trying to get them to do right of-
ten. So, positive messages are mixed in with so-
me negative messages.

Just focus on the positive & their plights always.
Some of them went through a lot in the past &
some of them still are going through various situ-
ations. Give them credit for releasing in a constr-
uctive way. We all go through trials & tribulatio-
ns.

A Tribe Called Quest's song Start it Up is gre-
at. It is on their 1998 LP Love Movement. Ma-
rc Seales' song Highway Blues is effortlessly
cool. That realness is on his 1999 album Spe-
aking Out.

The band Stereomud put the LP Perfect Self
on the market in 2001. Their standout songs
are Don't Be Afraid, Pain, Stepping Away, L-
ost your Faith, Get Me Out, and Perfect Self.

The extremely underrated musician Jerry Can-
trell (from the band Alice in Chains) released
the bold album Degradation Trip in 2002. His
standout songs are Psychotic Break, Anger R-

a Name, She Was My Girl, and Spiderbite. I
have the 1-CD version of that LP. HA!

The band the Distillers let the world know ab-
out their LP Sing, Sing Death House in 2002.
The song Sing, Sing Death House hit hard. H-
AH!!! The band the Blood Brothers put the LP
Burn, Piano Island, Burn in 2003. Trust me, t-
heir song Ambulance Vs. Ambulance is funny
& rough. HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HA!

I first heard it on a CMJ New Music Monthly
compilation years ago. Actually, I learned ab-
out most of the artists that I informed you all
about way back. HA!!! The band Naglfar's so-
ng I Am Vengeance is another world type of
metal song.

The band Demon Hunter placed the LP Sum-
mer of Darkness on the market in 2004. It is
one of their heaviest albums but the song My
Heartstrings Come Undone is the most emoti-
onal one.

That song's lyrics are extremely heavy though.
The instrumentation is still tough even with the
Ryan Clark's clean vocals. You all will find out
for sure.

The band From Autumn to Ashes put the alb-
um Abandon Your Friends on the market in y-
ear 2005. Their song The Funny Thing About
Getting Pistol Whipped Is rocks rough.

The lyrical hip-hop group Main Source made
the truthful but silly song Faking the Funk. Lis-
ten to the original version and the remix versi-
on. The remix one is on the White Men Can't
Jump soundtrack. That film is funny & real.

The band Demon Hunter released the LP Sto-
rm the Gates of Hell in 2007. The songs Sto-
rm the Gates of Hell & Fading Away standout
certainly.

The band Mudhoney put the LP The Lucky 1's
on the market in 2008. Their song called I'm N-
ow is funny and grungy. All of their albums are
good. The lyrical hip-hop group/crew Boogie D-
own Productions made the song South Bronx
to let you know where hip-hop and rap came
from for real.

I Will Always Remember These Ladies and Not Just Because I Received Sincere Hugs From 2 of Them (OOH!)

I remember when some upset lady hugged me
tight for 10 minutes in a lounge after I danced
with her all night. I sensed that she was going
through some things, so I was happy to be the-
re for her. I just hope that she is doing alright.

I remember when the lady that was standing
next to me cried when the band Otep perfor-
med their song My Confession. Some bad th-
ings must have happened to her so the lyrics
became what she went through.

She was a total stranger to me but she hugg-
ed me for the rest of the show. Otep Shama-
ya used all of her strength to write that song.
I wanted to get on stage & hug her.

I wish Emily well on all of her endeavors. I k-
now she will excel in several fields. She sure-
ly is a witty, silly, creative lady.
