Stay Safe and Read On This New Year's Eve (HAH-HAH!)

Well, another year has come and gone. HA! Time is never going to be always on
our sides. Have you realized that the weeks are going like days, the months are fl-
ying like weeks, and the years are completing like months? I know that they're m-
ade of those but still think about that question for some time. HAH-HAH-HAH!

I have divulged a lot of the realest information with warts. I believe that they should
be included. That is why I let you all know a lot of details about me. You can tell th-
at my wisdom can be too much at times. I still have more true stories to tell & I w-
ill here and there. I cover a variety of topics but you all know my favorite ones. AY!

Before we know it, the year 2015 will be over & we still will not find a lot of four-leaf
clovers, but maybe we will. We just never know though. We have to keep going into
the fields, woods, and forests on a continuous search for those. We are already very
lucky without them because we get to wake up everyday, go to work, operate busin-
esses, move around, play around, act silly, and more.

I have some more bands for you all to research. I appreciate music so I like to let you
all know about some folks who paid dues a lot. Some of them still are and the Internet
and their shows get their music sold.

I heard about the band Twin Zero from one of my numerous Rock Sound compilations.
I had to leave my massive collection back in Texas for obvious reasons. HAH! I heard
Twin Zero's rough song Earthbound and I knew that I had to get their CD. The band ca-
lled Vaux are another band worth learning about. Their first two albums are must-haves.

I only heard some songs from the bands Caulk, Brutal Juice, Unwound, and Helmet. I
will get some of their albums in time. I have a long list for sure. HAH-HAH!!! The band
Fugazi hit hard too & you need to listen to their song Repeater. The bands Minor Thr-
eat and the Refused did well and stayed so independent.

The band Downthesun are some wild dudes and I only heard their song called We All
Die. I was meaning to get their first CD but did not. It is on my list also. The band Cro-
wbar released tough albums. Most of the members of the band Carcass could have be-
en in the medical field if they wanted to.

The Knuckletracks' compilations are rough too. I purchased a lot of albums after heari-
ng some of the bands on those. Always get the earlier ones for the most brutal sounds.
The magazine that comes with it is called Brave Words and Bloody Knuckles. I also p-
urchased albums from a lot of the local hard rock and metal bands in Texas and world-
wide.

The magazines Metal Maniacs, Metal Hammer, Decibel, Outburn, and Revolver inform-
ed me about some of the underground bands. Alternative Press is not what it used to
be but they did have a decent, independent section. I have not read it in awhile. I also
used to read a lot of extremely underground hard rock, hardcore, and metal zines too
so those sent me into the abyss with entertainment.

The back issues of CMJ New Music Monthly allowed a lot of rockers, hard rockers, and
metal bands to put some of their songs on their compilations. Of course, their issues &
compilations covered a wide variety of music genres. The artist Big Kenny made a silly,
weird song called Under the Sun. I had to let you all know. HA!

So the radio became crap to me but I still respected some of the rockers, hard rockers,
metal bands, hip-hoppers, hip-hop bands, country music artists and bands, alternative b-
ands, grunge bands, bluegrass bands, folk artists, blues artists, blues bands, crazy-fusi-
on artists and bands, bouncy 80's lite rock and weirdness, techno groups, house artists,
& more.

As long as it had at least some strong lyrics, I would listen to it. Techno and house usua-
lly have no lyrics though so the music had to be done kind of creatively and innovative for
me to dance to it, or let it take me into other worlds within my own world. Only I would w-
rite that sentence. HAH!

I know that some of the bands that have been around for years are staying true to their ori-
ginal sounds. I still do respect some of the artists and bands on the radio staying true and
gritty regardless. Some of them still can add even more layers to their sounds & still put in
a lot of hard work.

The money and awards are just extra to them (Foo Fighters). That band have made some
of the silliest videos ever (Breakout). They are like: "We get money, fame, & awards too!"
HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH!

BREAKOUT! BREAKOUT!!!!!!!!! Do you remember when he yelled into the drive-in movie mi-
crophone-like speaker with those funny-looking, skateboard shoes on & that hilarious hairs-
tyle? That was 1 of Dave's upset moments. HA! He could have been a comedian.

I even appreciated the stations that play the classical music from some of the boldest comp-
osers. Jazz stations and some dungeon-like stations are still alright too. The station KNON
89.3 was one of my favorite stations in Texas. They even had an hour or 2 each for some ge-
nres of music. Research that station's 90's days and nights. I used to even walk past the old
house that some of the radio personalities did their shows in. HA! They grew in time though.

I know that AP used to cover some rocking bands and even some heavy bands advertised in
their magazine. I used to even read AP back issues as far back as 1985 and stopped reading
the magazine in 2011. There are some rock, hard rock, and metal encylopedias to download.
You can search for tons of bands and learn about them. So do the whistle-theme song from
the Andy Griffith show or something. HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH!!!
Happy New Year!

Baking Soda Can Be Utilized to Treat Breast Cancer & Prostate Cancer

Did you know that patients can elevate the pH within them to battle cancer with cesium c-
hloride? That chemical is utilized as a treatment but it is still rare for that use. The physic-
ians should suggest it more so that patients are informed.

It could give them each a 50 percent rate of cure, so they will not need radiotherapy and
chemotherapy. Compared to cesium, those are less effective. If there's no cesium chlori-
de available, the patients can combine baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) with molasses
or syrup.

The reasons why those ingredients are tough alternatives are because they can neutralize
acid to make the body's pH raise up. The sodium bicarbonate plays its part rather well wh-
en it acts like a convincing antacid that neutralizes stomach acid and gives therapy to acid
indigestion, heartburn, and ulcers.

Baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) also gives therapy to acidosis which elevates the pH grea-
tly, especially when the pH stage of blood is near 7.0. The malignant tumors do have high ce-
lluar metabolisms and their cells are utilizing plenty of boatloads of sweet stuff, and carbohyd-
rates to energize tremendously.

They do so in the type ATP which means adenosine triphosphate. Lactic acid and pyruvic ac-
id get life from all of that energy or at least most of it. They are considered compounds and th-
ey are usually cleared and used immediately.

Since the metabolisms of the tumors are accelerated so much, the acids lactic and pyruvic b-
uild up and post up within the living rooms of the cancerous cells. Then, those two culprits gi-
ve the tumors superhero strength to spread like grease fires. Tumors thrive in acidic residenc-
es.

Once they move in, it's very difficult to hinder their growth. So the sodium bicarbonate can be
the hero or something more and it should throw a flash-like fury of brick-like punches right at
the tumors. HAH-HAH! It needs to do that forceful action that quickly because pH can raise
up so highly within the microenvironment of the cancer cells.

The tumors will not know what hit them. HAH-HAH! The baking soda is the most effective wh-
en it is injected in the center of the action. It can also be taken through the mouth carefully &
that is the safest way.

In the year 2009, some research was revealed from another ground-breaking study that baking
soda can go against breast cancer and prostate cancer strongly. The conductors inserted the
baking soda into a clan of mice to find out how the growth and metastasis were bothered after
the elevation of pH in the organ that the cancer took control of.

They were pleased with the results because the researchers found out the sodium bicarbonate
does cause the pH to rise, and it lowered the spreading of cancer cells in the breast cancer mi-
ce. They also witnessed that baking soda does its job from outside cells and not within cells.

So the facts informed them and us now that sodium bicarbonate does not interfere with the cel-
luar metabolisms even while it shuts down the activities within the tumors' living rooms and playr-
ooms. HA! The sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) lowers the participation of the lymph node on
the transport of cells.

It does not reduce the stages of cancerous cells that circulate. The baking soda does deflate the
participation of the liver and the metastasis of cancer cells to other parts of the body. It restrains
the colonization of the organs by circulating the evil cells.

The researchers made sure to let us know that when baking soda is inserted in other animal mo-
dels for cancer, it can hinder the spread of prostate cancer but not the cancer that is called me-
lanoma. Since that was the case, they are trying hard to get better results utilizing baking soda
with other anti-cancer treatments.

The 2011 study was regarding dichloroacetate and the combination of dichloroacetate and bak-
ing soda (sodium bicarbonate) in mice models with breast cancer that did spread. The therapy
dichloroacetate is kind of like baking soda. It elevates the pH stages around the tumors by seri-
ously deflating sugars and the productivity of acidic intermediates within those cells.

The results revealed that the dichloroacetate and baking soda did not reduce the spreading of t-
umors or their sizes. So the sodium bicarbonate is more safer, it cost less, and it works way be-
tter than dichloroacetate.

Prostate cancer patients can make their compounds at home with baking soda, maple syrup, bl-
ackstrap molasses, or honey. The option 1 is the dose 1 teaspoon of baking soda and 1 teaspo-
on of molasses or either one of the other two ingredients (mixed in a cup of water ever time).

The second option consists of 2 teaspoons of baking soda & 2 teaspoons of molasses or either
one of the other 2 ingredients (consumed in a day). The third option consists of 2 teaspoons of
baking soda & 2 teaspoons of molasses or either of the other 2 ingredients twice a day.

The pH could go up to 8.5. The side effects will be some headaches and night sweating. The p-
atients can get a scan or three done to find out how far that the prostate cancer has declined. A
lot of them will be relieved and happier.

Another recommended dosage are 90 teaspoons of baking soda and 30 teaspoons of maple sy-
rup. The mixture need to be stirred for 5 minutes until the soda is blended in well. Yes, that maj-
or dosage will give each patient 10 days worth of an effective anti-cancer remedy. The recomme-
nded dose consists of 5 to 7 teaspoons a day.

The ill people should take it easy whenever they utilize the baking soda mixtures to handle canc-
ers. The pH get very high which can cause the alkalosis & electrolytes to become uneven. That
can cause edema to happen and the heart and blood pressure can also be affected.

Since that is the case, the cancer patients need to have consultations with physicians and/or on-
cologists. They have to gain more knowledge about those remedies.

The HUWE1 Protein Allows Bad Cells to Flourish

The evildoer lung cancer can unravel its cells and metastasize swiftly. The researchers did
a routine checkup and uncovered that exerted cells that have been taken out from the lung
can go crazy & get refurbished. Since that is the case, they can get more vicious and met-
astasize without hesitation.

So the lung cancer can disassociate with other cells & stretch to other residences within
the body. They do so after taking over the cells' recycling actions then blast them to maxi-
mum overdrive. Do you remember that classic movie of the same name? How about the t-
imeless song Interstellar Overdrive that the eccentric band Pink Floyd created?

The conductors are going to focus on those certain cells to make something to derail their
trains. Too much HUWE1 protein causes those so bad cells to get the upper hands in the
struggles. The TIAM1 trash-hauling is mastered by the HUWE1 protein.

That particular protein can definitely cause tumors to develop. The research that I'm writing
about was supposedly the first one to connect the protein to the TIAM1 trash-hauling. The
TIAM1 is a protein also.

If the disease called lung cancer is detected in the beginning of its life, it can be handled a
lot better. If it's caught in the late stages, it causes plenty of earthlings to pass away abrup-
tly.

That certain disease can remain still for over 20 years with no notice. Then, it can display se-
rious growth instantly which causes a lot of issues within the patients. Over 224,200 ill folks
received the news that lung cancer is living inside of them in 2014.

Sadly, over 159,200 human beings were killed from that awful disease. The research that I'm
writing about was done in the United Kingdom. So, the conductors divulged that there are ov-
er 43,000 people newly-diagnosed with lung cancer and over 35,000 die from it yearly.

That is alarming to know for sure. We know that some folks are going to smoke even though
it is one of the primary reasons why a lot of folks get killed from cancer in America. I think th-
at moderation with various things are the master-keys. Osteoporosis therapies could stop so-
me cancers &/or put an end to some of those after their rampages. Let us certainly hope so.

The Real Vampirefreaks-Ladies

The actual ladies on the Vampirefreaks' website are some of the best ladies ever. I personally
have connected with a lot of those ladies deeply in several ways over the years. I can admit th-
at. Those ladies do not get the total credit that they deserve.  Those ladies are not vampires at
all.

I am glad that I have established true friendships with those ladies and they have been there for
me quite often. I always give those ladies a lot of positive comments that are sincere. No hogwa-
sh/fluff ever. A few of those ladies have misunderstood me completely and decided not to be my
friend. I always respect their wishes regardless.

I just hope that those ladies truly believe me because I'm being truthful. I care about ladies a lot
so I like advising them properly. I really sympathize with girls and ladies with no hidden agendas
ever. I stay right throughout.

When the real Vampirefreaks-ladies tell me their problems, I seriously want to be there for them
and give those ladies plenty of solutions. I always mean what I say and write so trust me. I will n-
ever hurt them in any way.

Those ladies are shy, bold, creative, rocking, metal, eclectic, nice, tough, themselves, authentic,
colorful, eccentric, adventurous, and hot. Lots of the real Vampirefreaks-ladies take chances th-
at a lot of other real ladies would not dare to.

The real Vampirefreaks-ladies can not be compared to any other websites with real ladies. Well,
a lot of the real Fubar ladies stand out too & those ladies also have admirable qualities. Some of
the real Vampirefreaks-ladies look like some of the Suicide Girls, Burning Angels, & Vodka Girls
but a lot of the real Vampirefreaks-ladies do not do what those angels & girls do regarding media.

The angels and girls are intelligent and strong too. They just chose hardcore routes. I thank all of
the ladies that let me into their lives. I will make sure that those ladies never regret it. God bless-
ed me with their friendships.

A lot of the ladies are in relationships that they should not be in & some are getting hurt in various
ways. Some of those ladies have got out of those harmful situations. The other ladies want to exit
those but are scared to. Various kinds of abuse occurs. Some ladies know that they settled for le-
ss just to have someones. They find out the real sooner or later though when those someones sh-
ow their true colors.

Some of the real Vampirefreaks-ladies and other real ladies try to so-call fit in with some crowds,
because they get lonely. So those ladies change their styles just to try to become so-called link-
ed with so-called popular folks. At least a lot those ladies finally realize that they do not need tho-
se so-called trendy, phony, hateful crowds.

Those ladies become okay with being so alone and they accept themselves for who they are a
lot more. I am proud that those ladies found themselves. So the real Vampirefreaks-ladies ne-
ed more thoroughly decent people to fully accept them consistently.

I try hard and sometimes too hard to let those ladies know that I'm actually in their corners, &
on their sides. I will not push any of their bad buttons ever. I do sincerely want to know those
ladies completely. I listen to the ladies even when they think that I'm not & I do send heartfelt
messages to those ladies.

Some ladies have responded & sent me some because they believed me. My mission is sort
of accomplished then but I always have put in more work online and off. AY! My top intentions
are to earn their trust and know their deepest thoughts.

I really want those ladies and other real ladies to know me fully, so that they will feel so safe &
comfortable around me. I have even met some of their family members because of my sincerity.
I want to know what the ladies like and do not like.

I never want to push any wrong buttons. The more I think about the good ladies that I have dat-
ed, I start from age 18 & go up to age 100. The oldest lady that I got acquainted with so far is
the age of 67 years old. More honesty for the readers of my odd blog.

I want to get more chances to hold those ladies in my arms & feel their warmth. I want to be able
to get more of those ladies alone to give lots of sincere hugs, kisses, massages, corsages, tend-
er loving care, my good thoughts, my good feelings, roses, flowers, surprises, plenty of my time,
my full attention, & thoughtful gifts very often. I want those ladies to know that they are all-the-w-
ay needed.

I'll not use them in negative ways even if they think that I am. I'll continue to honor those ladies
though. YES! I actually want to know about those ladies' goals and where they want to be in f-
ive years or more. I want to continue to console those ladies sincerely without expecting anyth-
ing in return. There is never a catch to the stuff that I do, write, or say.

A lot of ladies do reciprocate in several great ways though. HAH-HAH! Could it be my charm &
sense of humor? HAH! CUCKOO! Plenty of the real Vampirefreaks-ladies and other real ladies
have my heart because I gave it to them willingly.

I'll only bring goodness in their lives because I was raised right. I respect my mother, grandmoth-
ers, sister, aunts, nieces, and cousins. So the ladies that I encounter are always in my great ha-
nds. Giggle now, my darlings! Oh my darling, oh my darling, oh my darling, Clementine! HAH!

Yes, I am still very worldly even though I grew up reading the Authorized Version of the Bible. Th-
at is the King James Version. I also read the New World Translation of Holy Scriptures, Watchto-
wer magazines, Awake magazines, & other literature.

That information & other Jehovah Witnesses' literature keep me in order. I appreciate the counsel
of it all. I also have read literature from other religions over the years & I know that there are a lot
of respectable religions.

I for real respect all girls & ladies & they should never get hurt in any way, because they're wonde-
rful. I can admit that I have admired & enjoyed quite a lot of ladies over the years. I got lucky but n-
ot all of the times. HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH!!!!!!! I stay decent and polite. Keep expressing yourselves
in tons of ways, real Vampirefreaks-ladies.

Make Better Choices Regarding Everything

Do not curse in front of your kids or at them because those acts could cause irreversible,
harmful effects on the for life. You and your children already hear enough profanity on tel-
evision and radio. The theaters also show tons of movies with foul and raunchy language.

Entertainment does it because swearing sells in the billions easily. It's the normal even in
those so-called g-rated shows. You & I know that a lot of those are not for general audien-
ces at all. Money is the root of the showings without a doubt.

So they forget about about the old times & ways that lots of classic shows were created.
The shows were made with plenty of substance back then. The actors were so naturally fu-
nny and wild so there was no need for a lot of raunchiness. That natural talent got them the-
ir fans. There are still some naturally funny and good comedians now.

A lot of the current creators really believe that most adults and kids are desensitized comp-
letely because of what has been released to the public. That's why those creators, directors,
producers, and others try to come up with the raunchiest and most outlandish media ever.
Why do you think that there are so many so-called reality shows on almost all channels?

They even compete against each other so they venture into the world of stupidity. I say that
because a lot of their bases are toilet, infantile humor including the pranks that are played. E-
ven when the old shows did those scenes, I never laughed.

So even some of the kids get so used to hearing profanity and seeing demeaning actions. M-
ultiply that times some decades so there you go. That is why a lot of earthlings become unf-
azed by what they watch. That is why they do not care what they are looking at. They just w-
ant to view what what most are gaulking at so they can be so-called hip. HAH-HAH-HAH!

Even tons of the highest-educated people are in in that group that thinks that they are so-cal-
led trendy. HA! Some families will run home to see episodes of Southpark, Family Guy, and
American Dad. TRUE!

A lot of them can sit back and watch that nonsense while laughing hysterically. Then, the par-
ents will try to tell their children not to do what they collectively just viewed. Hey, watch the c-
artoons Wordgirl, Wild Kratts, & Arthur with your kids sometimes. HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH!

Yes, a lot of the parents are daycare associates, teachers, counselors, doctors, lawyers, nur-
ses, therapists, and so on. What is wrong with them? I believe that everyone should actually a-
nalyze what programs, movies, and videos that they are viewing. It is okay to escape to wildn-
ess sometimes but do not imitate crap phrases and wickedness. Turn it off & get back to your
life.

Why did you start watching those? What were you watching before? Is the media harmful men-
tally and emotionally? Do you watch that stuff in front of others or when you are alone? Do you
repeat and imitate the bad that you watch?

Have you become foolish or damaged in any other way mentally from viewing any of those? Pl-
ease ask yourself those questions after viewing and make better choices regarding everything.

You Will Be Better Off So Trust Me

Do you care what your neighbors think even after you find out that they are gossipy-
busybodies? Well, do not because you are free to do what you want. That is, if you
are not hurting yourself or anybody else. So try to eliminate more bad habits and sta-
rt doing more good habits. Trust me, you will feel better inside for a lot longer.

Did you know that a lot of your neighbors are doing a lot of malicious things that they
think that you are doing? Lots of those folks are trying to divert the unwanted attention
far away from them, so that it goes to you. Also, lots of them want to continue their bu-
ll, stay creepy, wrong, and sneaky.

You all know that I hit the nails on the heads mentally & verbally with a lot of the stuff t-
hat I say. I don't care that I'm hated for no valid reasons. I know that I am. I'm like: "So
what!" I do not need anyone's approval. Hate me forever and I still will not care. I am not
trying to gain followers or even win contests. More fuel for my fire most definitely.

I am not even trying to sell anything in here. I just want you to read the true stuff that I w-
rite and learn some things from it. What I divulge should be shared. AY! I write from my
good heart always.

Most folks always want to run me out of town because I speak the truth & so I don't take
their ladies.  Some do not even want their ladies looking at me. WHOA! I just want folks
to wake all the way up. HA!

You do have to appreciate the classic, deep movies Do the Right Thing & School Daze.
The actor Laurence Fishburne always pick his roles carefully for sure. The actor Samuel
L. Jackson even had a wild curl & a standout role in the mind movie School Daze, & so
did Mr. Fishburne. Fishburne had no curl though. HAH-HAH-HAH! They are legends.

Sometimes, fronts are posted up but some of your neighbors will show how evil & stup-
id they actually are, even though they have the nerves to call others stupid. Do they ev-
en know the meaning of that word? Do they even realize that when they point fingers at
others negatively that they each have three fingers pointing back at them? TRUE! GO!

In other words, this world is backwards and so some bad earthlings will get more evil be-
cause it has become the normal way that a lot of people act. Some people even get kno-
wn for their so below-childish, malicious ways so they do what others expect them to do
&/or say. How sad is that and some allow themselves to get caught in that forever trap.

The wickedness becomes allowed in some neighborhoods but it is usually hidden from
the rest of the world. Even some children are taught to be evil in some so-called righteo-
us churches. It has been going on for centuries and the crap gets covered up numerous
times.

Tons of folks talk about others negatively so that they will not get talked about that way
& they actually wonder why the ones that they are talking about are not saying anything,
or even acknowledging them. That's one of the most vicious cycles ever that gets passed
down from generation to generation.

We have our own lives & responsibilities to handle so we do not have time for petty, ignor-
ant, preschool gibberish or actions. Am I right, you all? I come strong because no 1 else
would write what I write ever. Lots of bloggers are trying to promote stuff on this site. HA!

So some of them will not even say anything so psychological because they are too busy a-
dvertising. I choose not to because this blog is very personal to me. A lot of my writing can
actually sincerely help the masses & I keep it therapeutic even when I'm being goofy. HAH!

That is one of the top reasons why I keep my tunnel vision going mostly. I apologize to the
innocent folks that I ignore. It has been one of my defense mechanisms since I was 8. I st-
ill respect the ones who mean well though. I will acknowledge some folks that speak to me
sometimes and the ones that truly want to help me in some way.

Some human beings do not realize that those multi-faced people will still ridicule them in th-
eir faces, or behind their backs. I like reinforcing what I have wrote several times so that y-
ou truly get it. They need to stop calling them friends or associates because they are serpe-
nts. Please stay away from those at all times. You will be better off so trust me.

What Are You Going to Do in 2015? (Some Things That You Have Not Got to Yet Hopefully) HA!

I always make a list of New Year's resolutions in my head, but only actually accompli-
sh some of them. Then, I push the other ones to the following year. I know that I'll ach-
ieve all of the resolutions/goals in time. I stay patient & find out what is in store for me.

What about you? Did you compile your list yet either on paper, document, and/or your
brain? If not, you still have plenty of time to. Do not worry about not getting to some of
them. You will still be alright and a go-getter. HAH-HAH! Just enjoy New Year's Eve
with your friends, families, associates, and strangers and kind of go wild.

Please make sure to have a designated driver if you plan to drink a lot. Tell everyone t-
hat you know what I just told you via phone, text message, email, in person, and/or let-
ters. Have a blast and/or calm down on New Year's Day because a lot of things will g-
et back to normal. AY!  Please never allow peer pressure to change who you really are.

Some of the Extreme Surgeries That Are Done to Save Our Ladies Who Have Cervical Cancer

Some of the surgeries are being brought to the forefront often. The well-known hysterectomy
will require the surgeon to take out the uterus and cervix. Our ladies go through a lot so we n-
eed to comfort them on a consistent basis.

The pelvic exenteration requires the surgeon to get rid of the uterus, cervix, upper vagina, and
adjacent tissues. In a lot of cases, the bladder, whole vagina, rectum, & part of the colon will
have to be discarded too. WHOA! That bring tears to my eyes most definitely.

The laser surgery requires a human-guided laser beam to infiltrate the vagina to vaporize the b-
ad cells or take out a part of the tissue to analyze. The pelvic lymph node dissection requires
the medical professional to get rid of the lymph nodes that are adjacent to the cervix.  Those
get tested to make determinations.

The cryosurgery requires the medical professional to put a liquid nitrogen-chilled metal probe
on the cervix, so that the cancerous cells freeze to death. The radical hysterectomy requires
the surgeon to take out the uterus, cervix, upper vagina, and adjacent tissues.

The conization operation requires the doctor to get rid of a part of the cervix tissue that's shap-
ed like a cone for further analysis. The trachelectomy requires the medical professional to take
out the cervix and an upper part of the vagina, but not the body of the uterus to preserve fertility
in specific cervical cancer patients.

Sometimes, chemotherapy can be utilized because of the severity of some cervical cancers. C-
hemotherapy and radiation can form kind of like Voltron and become a more effective treatment
that they named concurrent chemoradiation. There are still chances that the cervical cancers c-
ould come back.

When they do, the medical professionals will resume using chemotherapy with no radiation. I si-
ncerely wish that none of our ladies ever had to go through any of those extreme procedures. Th-
is is another article that made me cry as I was writing it. A lot of our ladies are hurting badly and
we need to do what we can to forever help them.

Some of the Pertinent Tests That Detects Cervical Cancer

When some of the ladies get cervical cancer in the beginning, they won't receive lots of
the issues. They may not get any at all. When their cervical cancers gets older, those ni-
ce ladies will get vaginal bleeding that happens between menstrual periods or after going
through the horrors of menopause.

Their certain periods will be extended & much more stronger. Even after those delightful
ladies have sexual intercourse, sessions of douching, & tests regarding the pelvic, they
are highly likely to get vaginal bleeding.

Each of those ladies could get pain in the pelvic and while participating in sex. Also, vag-
inal pus might be released unexpectedly. They should really get tested and need to do so
if their Pap Smears are not regular too. The physicians will have to ask some questions b-
efore conducting the testings.

The physician must analyze the uterus, vagina, ovaries, fallopian tubes, cervix, bladder, &
rectum of each lady that may have some symptoms. They will see if the results are good
enough regarding the pelvic exams and/or the Pap Smears. If they are bad, the human pa-
pillomavirus tests will be in order.

It searches for the strains of human papillomavirus that are found on the ladies who have c-
ervical cancer HPV 16. The positive results will give the ladies two other options regarding
exams that they need to get done.

The biopsy one requires the physician to utilize some good strategies to retrieve a minisc-
ule tissue sample from the cervix. The colposcopy procedure requires the physician to util-
ize a colposcope.  That instrument magnifies the cells of the cervix and vagina. It certainly
will display a well-lit view of the tissues within the vagina and the cervix.

No pain will happen so the ladies can relax. There are no side effects so even the ladies th-
at are pregnant could go through with it. The test find issues that lots of the doctors find sol-
utions for. They are trying hard to lower the death rate that the criminal cervical cancer cau-
ses, so they should be honored.

Praying for the Families of the Victims of the Recent Slayings in Pakistan & All Others That Have Occurred There, and in Every Other Country

I know that you want those to stop too. Plenty of innocent children and adults are being
killed for nothing. They deserve to live to enjoy life and their fruits of labor forever. You kn-
ow that a lot of the wrong folks are getting some power, demonic, and so selfish.

As soon as some of them persuade some others to follow them, they go even crazier just
because they can get away with it. When will the so-called leaders of all of the countries
actually forcefully stop those fools with rented power?

I believe that they never will because those fools have millions of other fools to back them
up. Some of them have always been able to give some authorities money, land, oil, real e-
state, and more to turn those good people into corrupt ones.

They will still have the high-ranking positions and call a lot of shots, so they stopped the tr-
ue authorities from doing their jobs and will continue to do so. Could it be because the evil
authorities have crime ties that they do not want exposed? Is it because they do not want
to get embarrassed, fired, and/or imprisoned forever like they need to be?

Hilter should have been put in the abyss of some prison after he committed or commanded
the first negative action against the Jews. He was just one man with some chumps behind
him wanting his power. He probably thought that he was a god just like so many others do
before and after they get some rented power. HA!

The so-called leaders of the states & countries can only halt a few bad things for awhile. Th-
en, those things start up again. In other words, we can only do so much. Only the Creator of
all of Earth and his son Jesus can actually stop all of the crime that happens on it. You all k-
now that.

Sorafenib and Sunitinib Are Battling Kidney Cancer Correctly

Kidney cancer can withstand some therapies so stronger 1's are called for. Especially
if the patients' cancers spread to other parts of their bodies. Immunotherapy is effective
at the cell level. Vaccine therapy, radiation therapies, investigational therapies, and che-
motherapy are the staple options.

More targeted therapies are available for the patients and they attack at the molecular l-
evel. Those treatments hinders the growth of cancer cells. They go after the molecular t-
unnels of growth and stop the cancer from reproducing. Blood flow to other cells gets sh-
ut off.

If the tumors can not form the new blood vessels, their stretch-and-spread process is h-
alted. The doctors named that process angiogenesis. The growth factors that the tumo-
rs create revs up the making of new blood vessels to provide oxygen and nutrition.

The vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF)
are the usual suspects. Those two criminals activate the particular tyrosine kinases, pro-
teins within the cancerous cells, and the creation of new blood vessels. Since that is the
case, the tumors grow large and spread to other parts of the body.

The FDA approved the anti-cancer drugs sorafenib tosylate and sunitinib malate and tho-
se put an end to the angiogenesis. When they interrupt the proteins inside the cancer ce-
lls, they also interrupt the functions of the certain cells. Sorafenib tosylate & sunitinib m-
alate goes even further to the cells of the tumors and its blood vessels.

Then, the cancer cells are not able to produce more bad cells. They become paralyzed in
ways because their growth and dividing capabilities are seriously stopped. Hopefully, tho-
se therapies will shrink the tumors so that they can be dealt with easier.

That action could occur in some cancer patients. Some of the folks will not see changes
in sizes, but they will become more stabilized in time. The doctors & nurses can give th-
em more updates & options. Lots of the earthlings that focus on cancer will keep search-
ing for more and more to get rid of it.

The Anti-Cancer Therapy Proleukin Does Wonders for Kidney Cancer patients

The genetically engineered antibodies can have the same features & appearances. When
they do, they are called monoclanal antibodies. The people implement those in diagnostic
tests because they can battle cancer.

Monoclanal antibodies cling to several areas on the tumors and they do their best to get rid
of the tumors. They could be utilized to fight the metastasis kidney cancer.  The Food & Dr-
ug Administration did approve the very effective antibody Avastin (bevacizumab).

It is for kidney cancer & it links to the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) Avastin ta-
rgets the that protein so that is can stop its interactions with the receptors that are located
on the blood vessels. It does make sure to leave the receptors on the regular cells alone.

Proleukin (interleukin-2) is another fantastic option because it's a genetically-engineered ty-
pe of medicine. It is recombinant-IL and it's used therapeutically in lots of ways. The recom-
mended doses are low dose (SC and CIV) and high dose (IV bolus).

The high dose should be taken as a 15-minute infusion every 8 hours for a limit of 14 hours.
When that is accomplished, the therapeutic reply will become magnified so the patients will
have to remain in the hospitals throughout the treatments.

The medical professionals & patients are receiving plenty of proof that the high dose IL-2 rea-
lly works. Only some folks with metastasis renal cell carcinoma can handle those kind of d-
oses.

The durable & complete replies are results lasting more than 10 years & they do derive from
the IL-2 therapy, & those replies occur with some patients. The IL-2 treatment is considered
ground-breaking.

It does have some toxicities though. Some of the side effects are cardiac arrythmias, hypert-
ension, chills, rashes, fevers, and hallucinations. Disorientation, loss of appetite, nausea, & v-
omiting are the other side effects.

If the patients stop taking Proleukin, the majority of the side effects will go away. So the doct-
ors have to know exactly what they are doing. The patients will have to be watched closely th-
roughout the therapies.

Embolization is Waging War Against Liver Cancer

Liver cancer (hepatocelluar carcinoma) can be very stubborn and complex. Since that
is the case, that particular cancer immediately resists a lot of the drugs that are made
to go against it. Even radiotherapy, external-beam therapy, & mouth chemotherapy fail-
ed badly, so more options need to be made available because cancer patients are suff-
ering.

A lot of the people are thinking of more ideas and implementing them into the magnifice-
nt cancer research that they accomplish. They came up with something called emboliz-
ation & it can reduce the sizes of tumors. The tough therapy can even eliminate tumors.

A different bloodsource gives life to liver cancer. Most of the times, the regular bloodso-
urce travels through the portal vein. The bloodsource that energizes the cancer of the liv-
er arrives through the hepatic artery.

The tumors can get so huge so radiofrequency ablation and embolization are called for.
Average ablation just can not handle that certain workload solely.

The hepatic artery embolization procedure halts the blood that commutes to that certain
artery. When that occurs, the cancer cells stop getting food that they did not earn or pay
for. HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH! XENA! TINA! SHEENA! SABRINA! LENA! GINA!

The regular cells are not bothered because they never do anything wrong, so they deser-
ve and actually need their food. WHOA! CORINA! DENA!

The medical professional (physician) will insert a specific dye into the patient's blood via
an intravenous (IV) passageway or some vein. After that is done, the dye will take a trip
throughout the bloodstream while utilizing a standout imaging named angiography.

That allows the medical professional (physician) to witness where to thread a slim cathe-
ter through the skin & inside the femoral artery. That artery is situated in the groin. The
catheter also goes inside the hepatic artery.

Then, the physician will insert the artery-blocking material, leave it in, & take out the cat-
heter. Some of the regular cells could get damaged so patients need to get consultations
first. The earthlings who have other diseases regarding the liver should not go through wi-
th that procedure.

Radioembolization (brachytherapy) is another option available to liver cancer patients. So,
the physician will thread a catheter via the skin to the hepatic artery where yttrium-covered,
glass beads are, & the radiation targets the tumors sniper-like. Radium, iridium, palladium,
cesium, iodine, or phosphorus are substitutions for yttrium.

That treatment does cause the body to become radioactive, so the patients will have to co-
nsult with the medical professionals. The folks need to know what things that they can do
& stuff that they can not do, because of their liver cancers.

Chemoembolization (intra-arterial chemotherapy) is a treatment that the human beings sho-
uld know about too. It can be utilized solely. The intra-arterial chemotherapy can also be u-
tilized after the radioactive material is inserted inside the liver and it does trap the agent to
keep it concealed.

Doxorubicin is the chemotherapy drug that is implemented the most with chemoembolizati-
on. A gelatin sponge blocks the bloodsource to the cancer cells. The physician could also
cover the material with doxorubicin or some other chemotherapy drug then insert it.

Some of the side effects of chemoembolization are vomiting, fever, nausea, and abdominal
pain. The risks are that some patients could get allergic reactions to the dye and/or the ch-
emotherapy drugs.

Some of the folks might receive infections at the sites where the catheters went into the s-
kin, tearing of the arteries where the catheters were injected, and/or the embolization mate-
rial could get placed in the wrong locations which will cause issues with the healthy tissu-
es.

The physicians and nurses will have to be very accurate throughout the surgeries to seriou-
sly minimize those risks. The researchers and others have created some more true soldier-
like treatments that will get improved quite often.

The Anti-Cancer Treatments Cediranib and Olaparib Are a Tough Tag Team

Representatives of the National Cancer Institute are backing up the Dana-Farber Institu-
te. The Dana-Farber team are currently running a wonderful clinical trial that is phase two.
Some Lancet Oncology associates divulged some good news on their website. The ther-
apies cediranib and olaparib were put to the test against olaparib by itself.

Those drugs fight ovarian cancer after it resurfaces in our ladies. The researchers did a p-
hase one study that included ninety patients with platinum-sensitive, recurrent ovarian c-
ancer. Forty-five participants took the mixture of the two treatments and forty-five ladies
were given only olaparib.

Ovarian cancer that comes back replies to chemotherapy agents that are based in platin-
um. The employees of the Dana-Farber Institute who conducted the first study accumulat-
ed nice results. The progressive free survival (PFS) was close the eighteen months for tho-
se who consumed cediranib and olaparib.

The rate was nine months for the ladies who took olaparib by itself. Some who take the m-
ixture of the drugs experience some side effects like diarrhea, hypertension, & drowsiness
on rare occasions.

Ursula Matulonis, MD is the Senior Author of the miraculous study. She is also the Medic-
al Director of the Gynecologic Oncology at the Susan F. Smith Center for Ladies' Cancers,
which is situated within the Dana-Farber Institute. She knows that cancer will reform inside
some of the patients, so her and her team are thinking of better ways to fight it.

Ursula's co-worker  Joyce Liu, MD, MPH, is the Head of the study that is going on now. In
2015, Ursula and her team will run the third phase of their needed trials. They will continue
to utilize the working combination of cediranib and olaparib. Olaparib is a poly (ADP-ribose)
therapy that stops cancer cells from repairing DNA that is torn.

Since that is the case, the cancer cells die. Cediranib halts the formation of the new blood
vessels that the tumors create, so that hinders their growth. We need to applaud them for
their efforts.

The FDA Approved the Joint Therapy Called MONOVISC

The Food and Drug Administration approved the treatment MONOVISC, so the makers we-
re able to market it immediately after. The supplement can be injected. It assists synovial
fluid regarding the osteoarthritic joint. After using it, the pain will subside and the joints will
be mobile again.

It is promoted to earthlings who suffer from osteoarthritis regarding the knees. MONOVISC
is the first FDA-approved sole-injection therapy with HA from a source that does not utilize
the animals. The fluid is sterile, see-through, biocompatible, resorbable, and viscoelastic.

It is also made of the semi-gloss-linked sodium hyaluronate (NaHA) & is situated in phosph-
ate saline. Viscosupplementation therapy has been beneficial to America. MONOVISC is n-
on-pyrogenic and it contains so-pure hyaluronan. It's a complicated sugar and it was born in
the glycosaminoglycan group.

The Food and Drug Administration viewed safety and effectiveness data from a clinical study
and it included 369 patients. Those human beings were spread out within 31 centers through-
out the United States and Canada. The research convinced the FDA that MONOVISC adver-
se events stayed so low. No large events occurred so the green light was given.

Hot Jessica Chambers Has Left Earth and She Definitely Did Not Want To

Hot Jessica Chambers was a hard-working lady. She was excelling at a store and
preparing for a lot but her life was taken away from her. Oh-No! Some fool or fools
used lighter fluid to burn that bright lady alive. Some coward knocked her out befo-
re that ultimate, cruel act.  He is weak for sure. She was going to achieve a lot.

Please pray for her family and go to the page Justice for Jessica. If I was with her,
those horrible crimes would not have occurred. I would have punished those cow-
ards severely because I can kickbox and do superhero-like things with my hands
and feet.

Then, I would have told Jessica to gently hold their lady friend until the police came
to arrest her. WHOA! Then, I would have raised Jessica's arm and consoled her sin-
cerely. We would have talked deeply all the way to her family's house. I'll stop this
one now.

There is a Bone Neoplasia Program That Could Make Some History

The Neag Comprehensive Cancer Center have come up with some awesome programs. T-
hey are doing what they can to hopefully find some cures for various cancers. They have a
bone neoplasia program that correlates with their musculoskeletal signature program. Em-
ployees of the group multitask for the cause surely.

They comprehend main bone tumorigenesis and secondary metastasis to the bone regar-
ding regular bone development and reshaping. The bone is considered a place for storage
of cytokines that are crucial to tumorigenesis and the process of creation. That particular
process is controlled by the gravitational stress and loading.

When the cytokines are stored, the bones become a key location of metastasis of the brea-
st, prostate, & other kinds of cancers. Those cancers destabilizes the regular bone signali-
ng passageways to smooth the way for their metastasis phenotype. The bone tumorigenes-
is becomes visible to emerge as an outcome of the loss of restrictions that the regular grow-
ing process had.

The researchers & others are trying to gain more clarity about the normal regulatory proce-
sses that happens while bones are reshaping, periods while the fast reproduction of osteobl-
asts and osteoclasts happens, and the parts of the extra-celluar matrix placed south while b-
ones are being created. Those major actions will be clarified with the research that they're d-
oing.

Their cancer immunology program allows them to go over average mechanisms of immune r-
eplies & their applications to the therapies against cancers. The professionals focus on the f-
unctions of NK cells, T cell priming, induction of tolerance, innate immunity, antigen process-
ing, and presenting. The cancer immunology program is like the paradigm for translational re-
search without a doubt.

The CML, renal cell, melanoma, cervical preinvasive neoplasia are some of their vaccine tria-
ls. The genetics/development biology program is about making mouse models for human dis-
eases, cores of genomics, cores of cDNA microarray, & cores of the molecular kind. The Ne-
ag have a facility that specializes on microarray cores and that place allows lawful entry to a
state-of-the-art technology for the gene expression profiling.

That technology is for the simultaneous watching of the levels of expression for very large sets
of genes. The molecular cores try extremely hard to provide complete DNA sequencing that is
so automated. I am also proud of the true workers in the fields of science, research, and medi-
cal because a lot of them are sincere about the good they do. So it is not about the money th-
at they make even though it does provide for their families.

Some More Drugs That the Food and Drug Administration Approved

Nexavar (sorafenib tosylate) goes after the blood that's stocked for tumors. Then, the d-
rug goes to work and pulls the oxygen & nutrients from the tumors. So the tumors stop
growing. Nexavar put up some roadblocks in front of the vascular endothelial growth fa-
ctor (VEGF) and the platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF). It rightfully interrupts their p-
roceedings.

The therapy also closes the Raf-kinase passageways. When those actions occur, the
cancer cells can not go forward. The results from the phase three trial showed that the
participants who took Nexavar did not get other un-welcomed visits from the tumors.
So, the FDA saw the evidence and approved the the drug.

The inhibitor Sutent (sunitinib malate) worked effectively with Nexavar to punish tumors
severely. It focuses on the blood supply too & it shuts the PDGF and VEGF signaling
tunnels. The drug is strong enough to shrink tumors. After immunotherapy, some canc-
er patients have to battle some of the toughest tumors.

Some clinical trials were conducted and patients with metastasis kidney cancer replied
positively to the treatment. The Food and Drug Administration retrieved the results from
those studies and approved Suntent.

The medicine Torisel (temsirolimus) does mess with the mammalian target of rapamycy-
in (mTOR) kinase, so the cancer cells stop growing. The therapy puts an end to tumor m-
ultiplication and angiogenesis stimulation. So those harmful cells cease to exist.

The medication Afinitor (everolimus) also places a steel-like door in front of mammalian t-
arget of rapamycyin kinase, which is a standout protein. Afinitor also halts the cells from
growing and proliferating. It hinders angiogenesis & the metabolism of each cell, so the dr-
ug functions in plenty of good ways.

Voltrient (pazopanib) is another option that cancer patients have and it interrupts angiogen-
esis. It puts an end to the growth of the tumors' new blood vessels. Like Afinitor, it is mark-
eted to folks who have accelerated renal cell cancer. The treatment Inlyta (axitinib) should
be prescribed to patients who have accelerated renal cell carcinoma. The Food and Drug A-
dministration made sure to approve that one too.

The Diffuse Optical Tomography Are Giving Researchers More Information

One in eight ladies will get breast cancer. A new imaging system for the breast have
been located. The professionals at HICCC found it and they are excelling. The Diffuse
Optical Tomography (DOT) utilizes a family of light waves that does investigate the mo-
difications within the breast tissue.

The waves of light shows them photos of the actions inside the breast. They are able
to view the difference between regular tissue and irregular tissue. The system does n-
ot cost a lot but it is still a top-quality one for searching for breast cancer.

It has no breast compression or ionized radiation like mammograms. It contains no in-
travenous contrast dyes like MRI's. The breast cancer patients are not confined in tight
spaces. The Diffuse Optical Tomography machine's wattage is similar to ones that are
in light bulbs. The process does not invade at all.

The breast cancer patients get their examinations done between 15 & 20 minutes. The
Diffuse Optical Tomography is a great tool that divulges information to the professionals
quickly, so they get better ideas for therapies. The results let them know if chemothera-
py will be beneficial to the ladies.

The breast images are done just a few weeks after chemotherapy and they receive pert-
inent info from the results. The lively imaging markers can tell which newly diagnosed br-
east cancer patients will reply greatly to chemotherapy, before surgeries. That could rev-
olutionize and better the management of breast cancer in time.

The HICCC partnered with the Columbia biomedical engineers. They included patients in
a research study utilizing the Diffuse Optical Tomography, so the researchers implement-
ed a baseline measurement of the cancer cells in breast.

They did a comparison of those measurements with ones that were used at six separate
periods of time, which included 2 weeks later and before surgery. The study conductors
realized that DOT done early let them know which ladies will reply highly to therapies be-
fore surgeries.

They expanded to analyze the various types of breast cancer. A second research study h-
as been planned for this year. It will aim for the ways that breast cancer patients reply to a-
nti-angiogenesis drugs.

Those drugs are known to help plenty of patients. We need to applaud them for the extens-
ive tests that they are doing. Ladies are so precious and we forever need them live to get w-
ell.

Some of the Advancements in Chemotherapy and the Reasons Why Cancer Develops

Chemotherapy does a lot for cancer patients & miscellaneous positive things have beco-
me apart of it. There are some harmful side effects and we hope that the patients stop ex-
periencing those. Those people need to keep living and achieving. Some new treatments
have been added to chemotherapy to protect the regular tissue.

Those also stops the tumors from resisting drugs. The new therapies are mighty sidekic-
ks for the average treatments of chemotherapy. The skilled team utilizes surface morpho-
logy that is quite different. Some of the tumors easily resist numerous drugs. The differen-
ce informs them of the outcome of the drug delivery systems and eliminates the complica-
tions of cancer.

The Dendrimeric system comes equipped with lots of properties & surface property is the
leader of the pack. They are using the techniques that includes ligand/receptor-mediated e-
ndocytosis. The sworn enemy cancer causes close to seven million people to become dec-
eased every year.

It's born within the irregular growth of cells which leads to a tumor or fields of tumors. There
are chances of metastasis of cancer cells migrating to other areas of the body. When that
occurs, two or more tumors could grow. Breast, stomach, lung, & liver cancers are our pu-
blic enemies.

Tobacco, smoke, radiation, chemical and/or infectious agents are the reasons why some fo-
lks get various cancers. Those affect the staple classes of proto-oncogenes and tumor sup-
pressor genes. Proteins that cause the division of cells and the mutants oncogenes are what
proto-oncogenes codes for.

The protein that inhibits the division of cells and inhibitory messages are not activated or mis-
sing after the development of tumors are what the tumor suppressor genes codes for.  The
DNA replication becomes incorrect and the tissues become disoriented and adhesive within
the interaction with the cells that protect in the immune system. So control over the cell cyc-
le gets lost. They have found some ways to gain control.

Some History of the Fabric Called Denim

The fabric called denim was created during the 1500's. It was produced in Genoa, Italy
but the French human beings came up with the name after making the certain phrase
de Nimes, which means from Nimes.

The French people also made up the word jeans and they even called Genoa the word
Genes. The fabric was marketed to the sailors in Genoa, Italy because it was mandat-
ory for them to wear navy blue trousers of some sort.

Denim did remain underground for quite awhile (over 300 years). In the 1850's, The amb-
itious Levi Strauss got creative with that fabric and made clothing for low prices, becau-
se he respected various budgets.

He first decided to market his products to miners, prospectors, and panners while they
participated in the infamous gold rush that went on in California. A customer named Jac-
ob from Levi's store contacted him regarding a business deal. Jacob Davis was a tailor.
Mr. Davis got a positive reply from Mr. Strauss so they joined forces.

They enhanced what Levi was making after utilizing rivets to keep the clothing intact. Th-
ey also constructed unique pockets and designs for those that was unheard of back then.
On May 20, 1873, Levi and Jacob were issued the standout patent #139,121.

In the 1960's, junior high and high school kids began sporting the fabric called denim. Th-
ey are supposedly the ones that made denim so mainstream. Since that particular fabric
was linked to protests, lots of those young folks were not even allowed to go eat at some
restaurants or see movies at some theaters. Those establishments would not let them in.

The Nose Can Be Given the Name Temporary-Storage-for-Tissue

The nose can be given the name temporary-storage-for-tissue because it actually is just
that. The tissue does a fantastic job pulling crap from all crevices within the nose. It have
to stay inside for awhile because a lot of work can be strenuous.

The tissue needs plenty of time to get the tasks done right. After pulling the tissue out, it
will need to go back in to accomplish more. It thoroughly clears & cleans the temporary-
storage-for-tissue so that its breathing capabilities are unblocked and fully active.

Tissue deserves all of the praise in the world. That is why more folks need to use it becau-
se it even works caked-on mess off and out. The tissue can also rest in the nose to preve-
nt snot from creating spots. After those good actions, the temporary-storage-for-tissue ge-
ts back in tip-top shape so sniffles subside drastically.

The Nose Can Also Be Called the Place-Where-Fingers-Should-Not-Go-Without-Paper-Protection

The nose can also be named the place-where-fingers-should-not-go-without-paper-prote-
ction. You really should not have green, white, yellow, or clear crap on your fingers ever.
It is not sanitary and you know better.

A lot of folks do unprepared digging because no one sees them being that nasty. Some
folks even do that action in public because some do not care who views. Some earthlin-
gs have had that horrible digging since childhood so they carry it into adulthood.

I have met some of the hottest ladies that still go that off and not wash their hands after
doing it. Please recognize the error in doing that and cover your thumbs and fingers with
2-ply tissue, paper towels, and/or fabric softner sheets before investigating your places-
where-fingers-should-not-go-without-paper-protection.

Stay protected so that your hands remain clean and fresh. You definitely do not need a
bad reputation ever so only do the correct, nose examinations. Discard the paper and
wash your hands.

The Nose Can Be Named the Part-On-the-Face-That-Needs-to-Be-Clear-Always

The nose can be named the part-on-the-face-that-needs-to-be-clear-always. Some of us
do what we can to accomplish that to an extent. Our guards are not up every time thou-
gh so that is when build-up happens.

Some of us human beings even come up unique techniques to battle nose-mess. We kn-
ow that it will come back to post up and aggravate us other days. There are plenty of wa-
ays to minimize it so that it becomes less bothersome.

We know how to manage what goes on in our parts-on-the-faces-that-needs-to-be-clear-
always. There are benefits that would come if we really could keep those forever cleared.

We would not sneeze as much. We would not get fluid running from our noses as often.
Our noses would not stop up as much either. The proper things will flow through our pas-
sageways more freely. Lets keep preparing & coming equipped with tools that assist us
in getting closer to those relief points.

The Nose Can Also Be Called Thing-That-Hair-Should-Not-Grow-In

The nose can also be called thing-that-hair-should-not-grow-in. There's no need for follicles
in that space ever. When they get very long, lots of human beings decide to cut those out.
The hair becomes mixed in with the un-welcomed stuff that forms in our things-that-hair-sh-
ould-not-grow-in.

Pain happens sometimes because of accidental removal of follicles that were still attached
inside. That is why they should not be in there at all. The extra room will be treasured and
utlized when needed. COO! Sue, I will make you some beef stew. OOH! HAH-HAH!

Just think of the relief that is received after the follicles are gone. Other business in our thi-
ngs-that-hair-should-not-grow-in goes on without hassles. The air does not need to go thr-
ough bushes to get to other areas in our systems. HAH-HAH! I believe that it wants to tra-
vel through without touching hair or moving it in various directions.

The Nose Can Also Be Called Squishy-Cushions-With-Bones-Inside

The nose can also be called squishy-cushions-with-bones-inside. The bones are in there to hold
its shape and other things together. It has a softness and firmness like some seat cushions so
it is squishy. HAH-HAH-HAH! CUCKOO! Some food has the same mushiness. HAH-HAH!! A lot
of earthlings know that they will play with others' squishy-cushions-with-bones-inside.

It is done all in fun because some people have different senses of humor. HA!!! That particular face
part is chosen because it stands out the most. As soon as someone look at their family members,
friends, associates, and strangers, those squishy-cushions-with-bones-inside are noticeable imme-
diately.

Then, the pushers figure out several ways to put small amounts of pressure on the noses. Then, th-
ey will laugh hearty and the human beings receiving the pressure will be humored too. HAH-HAH-H-
HAH! Those squishy-cushions-with-bones-inside are some of Jehovah God's most complex creatio-
ns.

The Noses Can Also Be Called Pertinent-Breathing-Caves

The noses can also be called pertinent-breathing-caves because they are so-
me keys for breathing & they are hollowed-out (the lungs also are keys). They
are the most useful tools on our faces and a lot of activity goes on within them
constantly. They were made to only inhale the healthy stuff but a lot of earthli-
ngs take in harmful crap intentionally and/or accidentally.

If most of the natural actions are stopped, problems will happen in that area
and elsewhere. That is why we must do what we can to take care of our per-
tinent-breathing-caves. That certainly means keeping unnecessary things out
as much as we possibly can.

We should make sure that our pertinent-breathing-caves have the quality, anti-
crap security with 24-hour monitoring. HAH!!!! We have to install all updates &
upgrade often because it is truly called for. We can not short-change those vit-
al parts of our faces ever. We need to do daily and nightly inspections of our p-
ertinent-breathing caves.

The Nose Can Also Be Named Squeeze-Bell

The nose can be named squeeze-bell and it is flexible. It does not have a handle on it
though but some silly folks will still be able to work with them. HAH-HAH-HAH-HA!!!!!
The thumb and the first finger after it are the top instruments for grabbing the squeeze-
bell. Other fingers are utilized with one of the thumbs from time to time.

It depends on who is doing the squeezing and if they use some creativity. HA! A nost-
ril will be approached with a thumb then the connection to the other nostril will be ma-
de with a finger. That will occur with the center of the squeeze-bell sometimes too, so
be alert.

The texture will be assessed then your squeeze-bell will be pressed. HA! The presser
will try not to cause blood to fall at all because that person is just joking around. HA!!
In other words, the pressure will stay light and you will be alright.

The Nose Can Be Also Be Called Snout-That-Could-Be-On-A-Pig

The nose can also be called the snout-that-could-be-on-a-pig. Even without raising up the
nose and pushing it inward, some earthlings have large and extra-large nostrils. Since th-
ose help shape the nose, the end results are similar to the ones that a pig gets. When s-
ome are dealt with those cards, they are still able to accept their snouts-that-could-be-on-
pigs completely.

They know that those are actually features and not flaws so they move on with their lives.
They have more important stuff to think about anyway. A lot of their loved ones and others
who genuinely care for them accept them fully.

There will always be folks that enjoy trying to make others as miserable as they are. There
are tons of great things about snouts-that-could-be-on-pigs and the people who have them
realize that. Jehovah God knows what he is doing and we can never doubt him.

The Nose Can Also Be Called Soft-Triangular-Shaped Thingy (HAH-HAH!)

The nose can also be given the name soft-triangular-shaped thingy. HAH-HAH!!!! Look at
the shape of yours & smile. You will notice that it won't be exactly but it is close enough.
HAH-HA! The 2 entrance-ways are nostrils and their circular forms modifies the soft-triang-
ular-shaped-thingy uniquely.

Their sizes do vary quite often. Those nostrils also causes recognizable lumps & creases
on the outer part of the soft-triangular-shaped thingy. COO!  They're situated on each side
of the face part that I am writing about. They are lumps that are supposed to be there so
that means that they are so healthy. HAH-HAH! GOO!

Then, we have the middle part of the soft-triangular-shaped thingy that comes in a lot of st-
yles. Like our eyes and mouths, they are major parts of our looks. Some are itty-bitty wit-
hout committees, just right-sized, and too-huge-why-me-sized. All are given to us for valid
reasons though but sometimes deformities play bad roles that folks do not applaud.

The center part goes in between the eyes to form a rounded-off triangle. Did you know that
the actor that starred as Sondra on a show starring hot Phylicia Rashad and hot Tempestt
Bledsoe has the same soft-triangular-shaped thingy, as the actor who played Darlene on the
show Roseanne? HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HA!

Those ladies are hot Sabrina Le Beauf & hot Sara Gilbert and their other facial features are
similar too. Even back then, those two had the exact curly hairstyle. They developed close
to the same body style too. HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HA!
HAH-HAH-HAH!!

Breakthrough Therapies Are the Top Priorities of the FDA

The FDA are finding ways to approve new drugs much quicker. They do so when they n-
ame the chemical agents breakthrough treatments. The Food & Drug Administration sta-
nd so firm and still use their regulatory powers correctly. The ASCO cancer discussion w-
as another gathering that some of the FDA representatives attended.

Those human beings elaborated on the breakthrough designation and got their points ac-
ross clearly. Will the Food & Drug Administration really have the resources to speed up
the approvals and analyze standards simultaneously on a consistent basis? I am confid-
ent that they will be able to handle the tasks.

The Food and Drug Administration Safety and Innovation Act do include the breakthrough
designation. The main intentions of the breakthrough therapies are to be the top priorities
over the analysis of standards. Those therapies are also above orphan drugs. The FDA kn-
ow that they have to collaborate with the sponsors of drugs regarding the creation and follo-
w-up of the clinical plans. The mechanics are in the hands of the Food and Drug Administr-
ation.

Commissioner Margaret Hamburg & her colleague Richard Pazdur spoke eloquently at the
gathering. Richard is the Director of the Office of Oncology Drug Products. They made their
thoughts known to oncologists there. Pazdur said that he interpreted the law as meaning th-
at the drugs must have shown signs of efficacy in order to qualify.

Pazdur said: "The data must indicate that the drugs are transformative therapies that are re-
ally going to offer patients an option, which no other therapy existed. Or, they are dramatic i-
mprovements that looks like they are going to transform patients' lives. I mean both the qual-
ity and quantity of their lives."

Richard also said: "Unlike orphan designations, more than one drug in a class targeting a sp-
ecific disease can earn the breakthrough moniker, which allows for the possibility of clinical f-
ailure."

Kalydeco and VX-809 are from the company Vertex Pharmaceuticals. The mixture of those 2
drugs made a tough compound and that is the first breakthrough that the FDA approved. More
compounds were approved after that one. A lot of them are oncology and haematology treatm-
ents.

The breakthrough therapies will truly go to war for the ladies and dudes that are having issues
regarding cancerous cells. Respect all that are on the frontlines & the other lines in the battles.
Plenty more victories will happen because of the persistence and strength.

The Mixture of Anti-Melanoma Therapies and Anti-Diabetes Treatments Come Strong

The employees of the Wishstar Institute are really thinking outside of the boxes. The resear-
chers took a chance & mixed the anti-melanoma drugs and the anti-diabetes drugs together.
That treatment-mixture aims for melanoma tumor cells that can withstand the chemotherapy
and the other therapies.

That combination actually brutally goes after all of the cancer cells. The researchers recogn-
ized a large group of melanoma tumor cells that stay extremely resistant to the normal thera-
pies. That major community of cells accounts for close to five percent of the cells that are li-
ving in a tumor.

Those cancerous cells are hiding out and they grow very slowly. The other cells regarding m-
elanoma split up swiftly and they are not vulnerable to the drugs that go after the cells that di-
vide. The best way to stop the tumor from spreading and putting up a fight is to eradicate all
of its cells. The inherently slow-growing cells give no replies, but causes tumors to grow aga-
in after other tumor cells are eliminated.

The cancer cells that grow like turtles can become so fast like rabbits. When that does occur,
the tumor regrows at an alarming rate. The earthlings revealed that aiming for the slow-growi-
ng cells with the treatment-mixture is an option. They found out that therapy could add much
more efficacy to present drugs and drastically reduced the relapse of the melanoma.

The gene JARDI1B was certainly expressed highly within the cancer cells that grow slow. So,
it was utlized as a biomarker to tell those cells apart from the ones that split up quickly. The
drug vemurafenib is a BRAF V6OOE inhibitor that the FDA approved for the BRAF-mutated m-
elanoma.

The researchers gave that therapy to mice with melanoma tumors and the proportion of cells t-
hat grew slow inflated, even as the tumors' sizes deflated. The tumor cells will actually manipul-
ate their metabolisms depending on their environments & the availability sugar, as a source of
energy.

They can utilize different kinds of metabolisms and the way those cells obtain energy can dep-
end on their exposure to plenty of targeted treatments. The Massachusetts General Hospital d-
id a study and got some interesting results.

The conductors uncovered that melanoma cells can change their metabolisms to survive vemur-
afenib. So, that lets them know that going after the metabolic passageways as well as BRAF
could lead to long-term replies. They will get more done for the cancer patients that go through
that drama. The researchers' efforts are awe-inspiring.

The Hyundai of Kirkland, Washington

The Hyundai of Kirkland is a car dealership that could be a terrific option regarding p-
urchasing a new and/or used vehicle. That lot is about the size of a block that is loc-
ated in some medium or large city. The representatives make sure to have some veh-
icles priced under $10,000.

You could get pre-approved so that will give you peace of mind surely. The good car
dealership has an inventory search option on their website. They cover several areas
and accumulated customers with lots of their true deals quite often. Plenty of those f-
olks became regulars.

The place offers a huge amount of sedans, compact vehicles, coupes, sport utility ve-
hicles, hybrids, & more so their lot is full of variety. The company do have employers
on the clock 7 days a week for customers' convenience.

The service workers that work on vehicles repair correctly, so that you can get back on
road smoothly with no car issues. The associates at that great car dealership will answ-
er your questions without hesitation, so you will be put at ease even before deals are m-
ade.

They will help you find the vehicle or vehicles that you are looking and give you time to
decide with no pressure. Plus, the establishment recently reduced the prices of a lot of
vehicles that makes up their inventory.

The Hyundai of Kirkland is a spacious center for your vehicle-needs that will make you
smile & want to take a tour throughout it. Visit their lot when you have time to & browse.

The Company Raytheon Have Made A Lot of History

Do you know about the company Raytheon? It was founded in 1922 and some smart folks
got to brainstorming and constructing quite well. They made the S gas rectifier and the co-
untry called America urgently needed tons of those.

Raytheon first opened up in Cambridge, MA and the owners gave their company the name
American Appliance Company. They made sure to get down to business and offer innova-
tive merchandise and services.

Charles G. Smith gained knowledge regarding the electric properties of gases, so he was
destined to co-find the establishment Raytheon. Charles was in the field of science at the
time. Vannevar Bush and Laurence Marshall are the other co-founders. Marshall focused
on engineering & excelled rapidly. You can tell that they were wild, nerdy dudes. HAH!!!

Back then, high-priced batteries revved up radios for residences. Human beings in Ameri-
ca wanted to find an alternative that stayed top quality, but low-priced. The S gas rectifiers
that Raytheon made were what those earthlings needed so they bought them. They made
a deal that changed things for everyone involved.

The tubes (rectifiers) took the place of those extravagant batteries so radios become shelf
items for the public that sold by the boatloads every time. HA! Raytheon skyrocketed and
made some other products.

While World War 2 was going on, the US & British soldiers needed magnetron tubes for th-
eir important radars. The company Raytheon provided 80% of those so they helped out a lot.
They made parts for the proximity fuse in antiaircraft shells. Raytheon engineer Percy Spen-
cer thought of the microwave first so they created tons of them for the masses after the war.

They did make guided missiles for the good. That establishment made the Lark, Sparrow, &
Hawk missiles. They did so in the 1950's and 1960's. The lunar landing was a major event in
1969 that got a lot of attention.

Raytheon also designed the computer that lead to the transportation that was used in space.
That space odyssey was very epic. That establishment made the microwave on the Apollo 11
space shuttle and it sent radio and television signals to Earth. WHOA!

In the 1970's, Raytheon created the AIM-7F Sparrow. In the 1980's and 1990's, they made the
Patriot Missiles. That company stands out when it comes to technology & defense electronics.
They even merged with Texas Instruments Defense, E-Systems, & Hughes Aircraft. They rem-
ain true-to-the-bones to their visions, strategies, goals, and values.

The entity Raytheon have over 63,000 employees on-board & they are spread out around this
world. They made 24 billion dollars in the year 2013. They will continue to market to mamm-
als in civil, defense, & security sectors. They accumulated customers in 80 countries & their
electronics are mostly state-of-the-art. COOKOO! CUCKOO!

Raytheon include integration in their top-of-the-line systems. The employees collectively excel
in sensing, cyber security, command, control, effects, communications, & intelligent systems.
A lot of their facilities are massive, clean, efficient, and futuristic.

I even applied at a location in Garland, TX & the company Halliburton between Farmers Branch
& Carrollton, TX. I even asked some recruiters about getting sent there. HAH-HAH! I know that
my great mind could enhance their ingenuity to an extent.

I should have went to college for science, world history, components, technology, & accounting
instead of self-teaching myself that stuff. HA! It needs to be on paper to be taken seriously. I kn-
ow a lot but still do not know it all.  No one really does but some do think that they do. HAH!!! I
still could advise scientists though. HAH!

I Accidentally Sent Another Message to Another Fake Lady (I Made A Similar Mistake On the Ok Cupid Site and I Finally Deleted My Account) (Be Cautious on Fubar and Facebook too)

This summary is not available. Please click here to view the post.

Oncology Massages Relaxes Cancer Patients

Some patients get relieved after receiving oncology massages. The ones who have been through
radiation do not have to worry at all. The oncology massages heal everyone and it soothes inten-
sely. It definitely deals with body restoration, peace of mind, and health spirits. The creators dec-
ided to implement techniques from around the world.

They utilize Chinese acupressure, reflexology, and massage workstyles from Sweden. The Chine-
se-based acupressure and Swedish techniques are most certainly used worldwide, because of the
healthy benefits that folks get from them. It takes some recipients to the worlds of Utopia, Nirvana,
and Planet Tasty Sweets. HAH-HAH!

The massage therapists knows that cancer stresses the bodies & minds, so they are lending their
helping hands for the good. That is why their hand movements stay gentle. The massage therapists
go even more gentle for the patients who have had their lymph nodes biopsied, radiated, or removed
from their necks and/or armpits. When those actions happen, the lymph system can not flow throu-
gh those places.

So the lymph fluid gets backed-up and it is hard to fix. Any cancer survivor could still get lymph-
edema again without hesitation. Since that is the case, the therapists have to be trained in the fie-
ld of oncology. They're the only ones who can give those type of massages. Some folks got worr-
ied that oncology massages could cause the inflation of metastasis. They found out that it does
not happen so the worrying stopped.

The oncology massages are implemented in plenty of centers that treat cancer. The Memorial Slo-
an-Kettering Cancer Center in New York make sure to utilize those massages and so does UCLA
Medical Center in California. As a matter of fact, some employers tell their employees to do the o-
ncology massages while the cancer patients are being treated in chemotherapy. They will keep up the heartfelt work surely.

The DCVAX-L Anti-Cancer Drug is Beneficial to Ovarian Cancer Patients

Recurrent ovarian cancer is something that we want to put an end to. The University of Penn-
sylvania did a study regarding it & they also conducted phase 2. They used DCVAX-L as the
cornerstone for their studies. Doctor Sarah Kim and Doctor George Cuokos authored the tri-
als. They used the combination of several treatment modalities.

They used DCVAX-L & other drugs & those made the patients' systems a lot stronger. The
DCVAX-L utilizes the patients' own tumors which were surgically removed to create a mix of
personal care biomarkers. DCVAX-L is considered the personalized immunotherapy for can-
cer. It definitely was created from the patients' own dendritic cells.

Those particular cells are the master cells which do initiate and maintain the whole immune s-
ystem. That kind of immunotherapy is also called therapeutic vaccine. It is not for stopping the
cancer from occurring, but it is about helping the folks who already have cancer. The therapeu-
tic vaccine is injected back into the patients with ease.

It is kind of like insulin shots and the patients receive them in a selection of intervals up to 3
years. In the study, the people had surgery done to reduce the size of their tumors. Then, th-
ose human beings got some doses of 2 other drugs to improve the atmosphere of their immu-
ne systems. Those doses also changed the tumor vasculature.

The researchers investigated the role of the tumor vasculature, the tumor microenvironment, &
the role of specific types of cells. Those cells are regulatory cells and they want to find out if th-
ose cause the patients' immune systems' replies to the patients' tumors. They really want to kn-
ow about the pertinence of changing those factors in order to achieve mighty, & long-lasting rep-
lies against tumors.

After prep care, the ladies within that trial got a series of 3 immunizations with DCVAX-L each 2
weeks apart. They were still taking the small doses of those 2 drugs intended to keep their im-
mune systems and tumor microenvironments in beneficial states. The second study compared 2
treatments.

They continued further with DCVAX-L and other therapies. They decided to add the adoptive tra-
nsfer of the DCVAX-L primed and expanded T cells. The researchers mix the treat modalities th-
at are full of variety based around DCVAX-L. The study was thought of because the conductors
wanted to include evolving research discoveries on the complicated interactions between tumors,
and the so-called host tissues in patients.

They also needed to add the evolving discoveries on the numerous layers of the immune system,
and what could be mandatory for effective anti-tumor replies. The conductors needed to minimize
the toxicity for patients.

The research experience up to now with DCVAX-L medication in over 100 treatment-cycles in fol-
ks with cancer inside of their brains has shown no toxicity at all from the DCVAX-L utilization. So
there have not been any grade 3 or 4 adverse events. That certain study regarding ovarian cancer
was multimodal.

The study went on to manage the minimal-toxicity way from utilizing only small doses of the 2 dr-
ugs that comprehend DCVAX-L for the effects of the preparatory kind.  Thank God for giving the sc-
ientists the brain power to create the drug DCVAX-L. Let us hope that they keep thinking outside of
the boxes and making more therapies that work hard.

Peptides

A large amount of experimental therapeutics that are being assessed now are the bioactive
peptides and proteins (Biologics). They're assessed clinically and the research that is done
covers all types of natural bioactive research. They go from basic science to clinical applica-
tions.

Theme research focus on isolating and characterizing the novel bioactive peptides structurally
and functionally. Some of their sources are in nature like the amphibian defense skin secretio-
ns, reptilian, scorpion and insect venoms, and other sources like neuroendocrine tumors.

Broad spectrum antimicrobials, vasoactives, activators/inhibitors of the innate immune system,
neuroactives, angiogenesis, regulators, protease inhibitors, and the smooth muscle modulators
are the biological ones of interest. After they are recognized, the bioactives are then characteri-
zed structurally and functionally.

Most of them are recognized as G-protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) on ion channels. There
are plenty of drugs that work well as selective inhibitors of important diseased-linked proteases.
A lot of the enzymes are pertinent checkpoints in a variety of the passageways. When they lo-
se control of their active lives, it leads to the aggravation and exacerbation of diseases.

The diseases are cancer, respiratory-related, inflammation, and infections. The infections are re-
ally bacterial, parasitic, and viral. Yes, the making of peptide-based protease inhibitors and their
utilization of activity-based profiling is a top research theme. The theme is still the go-to technolo-
gy used in protease research all around the world.

Some of the researchers have made some of the studies more extensive. The folks make the ac-
tivity-based profiling ways for the identification and characterization of novel protease targets, and
half-quantitative analysis of changes in the celluar proteolytic signatures. Their aim inside the the-
me is to create novel inhibitor strategies that are both the small molecule and macromolecular bio-
logics.

Those are actually for the making of inhibitors directed to cysteine proteases implicated in cancer.
The cysteine proteases are cysteine cathepsins and the ubiquitin-specific proteases. Their second
main aim with the theme is the delineation and inhibition of proteases guilty of the annihilation of h-
ost molecules of innate defense.

Another key aim is the creation of the anti-biofilm strategies that utilizes the metallopeptidase-dire-
cted inhibitors. The 4th top aim is to actually recognize & modulate the channel-activating proteas-
ses, and to recognize and apply the protease inhibitors that derived from venom. The researchers s-
hould get various awards and accolades for the terrific things that they are doing.
