Andre is a talented and unique player and he can score a lot of points.

For those who do not know, Steve Kerr is a living legend who won titles with the
infamous Chicago Bulls. Michael Jordan is another living legend and he stuck
his tongue out at times because he is silly. HAH-HAH!

I believe that he also did that because his father used to stick his tongue out. H-

Hot Suzann Petterson and Hot Inbee Park

I used some paper towels to mop the laundry room floor on Monday.
I got to tend to the backyard earlier today. COO!!!!!!! I got my worko-
ut for sure & I almost finished it. I had to stop to go utilize the bathr-
oom. HAH-HAH! I put in hours so it was time to come inside. AY!

I have noticed that when it is mild outside and I sweat seriously, the
cocoa butter lotion on my face runs. HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HA!
I have to make sure that when I do the chopping workout, not to we-
ar lotion on my face. I did take a wash-up after using the restroom.

I'll complete the backyard tomorrow then get to the front yard. I did
do some more arm exercises when I got back in too. I will be ready
once again.

Consistently Pray For All of the Girls and Ladies Worldwide That Have Been Kidnapped, Abused, and/or Murdered (Twenty-Three Girls Who Were Raped Were Found in Mexico and Saved)

A 16-year old girl named Karyn Renee Mehaffy was kidnapped in Iowa.
Let us hope that they locate her. Amanda Baird was beaten to death on
her birthday. She just turned 33 years old and her young daughter witne-
ssed it. Pray for that little girl a lot. She will need psychological care.

The lady Charlie Enice Brooks got her skull bashed in and she died from
that assault. She had just flew to Florida to meet an old flame. He elimin-
ated her then himself because he was a coward.

A lady and her daughter were murdered in Quarryville, Pennsylvania. An-
other daughter of the lady was stabbed brutally also, but she survived. A
13-year old daughter of the lady was not at the residence at that time.

Some dude is the murderer. He sexually assaulted the lady's 13-year old
and 16-year old daughters. The police did catch him and he is in jail now.

An 8-year old girl got raped in Pennsylvania. The dude who did that saved
the images of the rapes on his tablet then sold it at a flea market. He got
twenty-seven years in prison but he should have got life in prison.

The Iron Palm Training That Helped Make My Hands Like Bricks (HAH-HAH!)

The iron palm training goes way back to the days of the China dynasties. Pl-

To make everything fit together seamlessly and give you the abilities to battle
strong for real, you must learn the formal exercises which is the Chuan & the
basic exercises which is the Kung. 

The Kung is the master-key to actually solidifying the infrastructure of the art
of boxing. After getting that training, you will be a true warrior like Orion, the
samurais, martial artists, and ninjas. HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HA!

The Inner and the Outer

The inner and the outer are apart of the basic exercises and the inner refers to 
the Chi practicing. There is a strategy where you sit and meditate for a long pe-
riod of time. It originates from the Shaolin School.

The Wu-Tang School have a guiding strategy. The outer refers to the iron palm
training and iron vest training. The Iron Palm is about the hard and soft kind &
they are apart of the outer. The Iron Forearm and Angel's Palm are placed with 
the soft kind. 

Ku Yu-Cheong Was Wild

In the year 1928, Ku Yu-Cheong excelled in Chinese boxing. He broke one layer 
of 12 bricks in seconds. He even did a raw challenge in Russia & did the serious 
damage to a large animal in seconds. In other words, he killed the animal with

The top requisites are gradual progress, perseverance, & abstinence when you
are training for iron palm or almost any other type of training. The palm can be 
utilized for printing, dotting, grapping, pushing, and tackling. 

The fingertips need to inspect your opponent's intent & the base of the palm is
utilized when you have to use force. The Willow Leaf Palm and Pushing Palm 
are apart of iron palm training. 

Chin can come from your iron palm too. When it is within your palms, it will halt 
at the shoulders, the elbows, at the wrist, at the palms, and at the fingertips. 

The Chi and Chin traverse through those five regions that will make you have su-
per palms and hands. Since that is the case, when you use them on a foe, you w-
ill win the fight easily.
