What does it really take to continue making money? We know that permanent day and night
jobs are the top, solid ways to obtain steady incomes. Which other ways are truly time-tested
and concrete? Well, businesses can be grown into massive ones with quality products, excep-
tional ideas, consistent, effective marketing, valuable networking, and teams that are like dece-
nt family members.
Some owners do operate their ventures without teams, so they multitask to get stuff done. The
ones with crews & larger businesses need to ensure that their customer service departments
are already very helpful. They also need to not just hire anyone just because they have the so-
called skill-sets that match the positions, the educational backgrounds, the certain phone voic-
es, and/or the quickness to learn the systems.
Please stop hiring felons and other ones who got in trouble in the past. I know that a lot of tho-
se criminals have made changes for the better, so they actually deserve second chances. Not
fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh chances. Just stop opening the floodgates just to fill seats, wor-
kstations, and cubicles. Make all employees have to prove themselves everyday.
Do not keep hiring adults who act like immature high school students even when they are arou-
nd mature high school students, & disgruntled people just because they can make sales for c-
ompanies. Some of them will not last or even make sales consistently. Stop the horseplaying
in the offices too.
A lot of those lost ones are the folks who are being extremely rude to the customers frequently,
so why are they being praised more? That's backwards & not a great way to do any kind of b-
usiness, because companies suffer sooner or later. Why do you think the turnover rates are s-
ky high and rising? Why do you think customers switch to other companies?
A lot of them are giving customer service some of the baddest names ever, so make stricter hi-
ring processes and test all workers at random daily and nightly. You completely save your bus-
inesses and make more money, because you will retain more customers longer. Some of the t-
ruly nice and funny folks that did not get hired should have been hired.
You missed out on the great workers because of overlooking what they could have brought to
the tables for years. A lot of times, some will walk in places asking about job openings, apply,
and not even get a first interview because of some of the current employees (bosses included)
get jealous and envious of those particular candidates.
Sometimes if you do get an interview, the jealousy and envy happens after completing the inte-
rview. Believe me, I know that childishness occurs for a fact and that is why I'm telling you. If
I was not dapper, I probably would be in a great position with all of the benefits.
You know that someone needed to finally write about awful customer service that has been go-
ing on for decades. When will it get better for real? I am the brave writer to write about it and el-
aborate. Too many customers have been not assisted at all, talked about negatively, and hung
up on for years. I can say that I provided excellent customer service to them quite often.
Writing for a lot of real websites, review websites, blogs, newspapers, magazines, and journa-
ls could provide you with some income. Choose the ones that you want to write for from your

otally legitimate opportunities ever. You can really proofread for a living at your residence. HA-

You can do accounting and/or photography for pay at home too. You will be amazed at the to-
ns of free, actual jobs that are posted on those two websites. I hope the information that I divul-

ou have paid dues so you should have income coming in all directions, and others should too.
When that is done, we get the treasured, ultimate freedom. Our family and friends will appreci-
