If you are creative, imaginative, silly, &/or smart, you can write various stories often. Once y-
ou write some thoughts on paper, more of them will flow out in time. Just sit down, think hard,
have a starting point for your story, and get to working on it. Before you know it, more ideas
will come to you then write lots of words.
Then, you'll be counting pages of them and laughing. You will find ways to keep it interesting
throughout because you'll be brainstorming. The key is to create a writing style that you are
comfortable with always. Stay so true to yourself even if you have to modify some of your wr-
iting for publications, newspapers, others' blogs, and websites.
You still will retain a lot of creative control so do not sell out who you actually are ever. Most
of the editors who are sincerely fans of your writing will just ask you to hold back some of wh-
at you usually write. You know that we can write whatever in our personal blogs. HAH-HAH!
The editors need what you submitted to fit in their blogs and what they present. That does not
mean that they make writers write about tulips or something else so light. A lot of editors displ-
ay deep info regarding a wide variety of strong topics.
That is why you should choose the blogs that you write for very carefully. Make sure it is some-
thing that you truly believe in and/or want to know more about. That is how you stay true to yo-
urself. The contributors will have to take their writing games up plenty of notches on a consiste-
nt basis. You'll get much better at what you do & the stuff that you write about will force you to.
Stay relaxed & let no pressure rush you. You can even write a small amount of words at a time
or tons of them. You can complete the story/article sooner or come back to finish it later. You
will be able to edit it, double-check it, and triple-check it before submitting the article. If it gets r-
ejected, go over it again a little slower, make more corrections, then resubmit the story without
hesitation.
Don't ever get discouraged at any of the editors' critiques. Let those add fuel to your writing fire
every time. Everybody has opinions so stay you if you are doing good things. You will get much
better at proofreading and editing so smile. More approvals will come your way in time. Do not
ever give up your writing at all. Take heed to some of the great advice that you are given.
Study writing from various true-to-the-bones sources online & off. You know the work that you
can put in at libraries so get some books and research in the back corners. Enroll in a writing
course if you want to. Carol Tice has an informative one and her class fill up so fast.
Look into the trees and the sky and analyze them. Then, you will forever know why you have to
go forward with your dream. Stay determined, yourself, genuine, sincere, different, & honest. R-
ead the blogs' guidelines & get familiar with their content. Start brainstorming to get plenty of s-
tory ideas then write. Submit only your best work to the sites that you chose & do that very oft-
en.
Give the administrator/editor your primary Paypal address. Once your articles are approved, so-
me editors will pay you. Other websites don't until your posts get enough votes to become top p-
osts. In other words, you'll have to pay dues with some blogs. Most websites will have informati-
on regarding how much per article so you will know ahead of time.
If it's not mentioned on a website, send the editor a message or two asking the rate of pay per s-
tory. You'll get established as a consistent author after submitting so much greatness to them. S-
ince that'll be the case, you can write full-time with no financial worries. Trust me, your income
will become surprisingly large in time, so stick with writing forever.
Just do not think that it happens immediately. You do not want to be an overnight sensation ev-
er. A lot of times, it takes years of hard work to become successful financially. Other success c-
omes quicker that is for sure. HA!
