Word 2010 Hits Hard

Put some pressure on the File tab & travel to the Backstage patio, so that you can reveal
a document. When you target the Open option, some box shows up regarding it. Choose
your document and put some pressure on the Open option.

The ones that you had open before will be available for showings and they are posted up on
the Recent Documents list. Aim at the File tab then put some pressure on the Recent choi-
ce.

Will you ever have to work with documents that were created in prior versions of Word? Yes!
Since that will be case sometimes, those will show in the Compatibility Mode and some op-
tions will not be available. You will only be allowed to gain entry to the options that are situa-
ted in the program that was utilized to produce it.

You will have the option to modify the document to the Word program that you are using pres-
ently. If you're working with other earthlings who only have access to the prior versions of Wo-
rd, it will be a great idea to leave the document in Compatibility Mode to maintain its format.

If you decide to make modifications to the document, you have the option to do that & you can
include all of the Word 2010 features. Just make sure to change it to the Word 2010 style sur-
ely. That will transform the original layout of the document in most cases.

Aim at the File Tab & put pressure on it to make another trip to the destination Backstage area.
Look for the Convert option then decide to pick it. The Info tab will contain that particular option.
Then all of a sudden, a box will show up regarding it. HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HA!

Put some pressure on the button called OK to confirm that you want to upgrade that certain file.
Once you do that, the document will be in the Word 2010 version.
